“The products I ordered were received damaged. When I contacted customer service they said they would ship out replacements right away. Imagine my delight when I received the replacements. I expected only the broken articles to be replaced but they replaced all the crystal glasses and the entire tea set. This is amazing and I am one happy customer!”

“Choosing the voucher and making payment was easy. However a mistake by me inputting the recipient email led to a world of pain! I tried to call at least 20 times. On 2 of those occasions I managed to get through and spoke to someone who promised to call me back....neither did ever call me back. On another attempt I left a message requesting a call back, and again no call received. Finally I got someone to sort out the issue. Neither the 2nd or 3rd people I spoke to apologised for the previous lack of callback or action. Very disappointing from a prominent Irish brand and I will not shop with you again.”
