“I purchased the lovely Irish coffee mugs. Beautifully made, the recipe is itched unto the glass everyone loved them. I also purchased the Belleek mug. Just beautiful. Such quality merchandise at very reasonable price. My first purchases from Kilkenny Shop. A great find.”

“I ordered a Barbour Bradford forest vest on sale. I received a Barbour Bradford vest in navy at a clearance price. No one communicated that the forest color was not available. Iin an email from the company confirmed the product was forest. When I received the navy vest no one mentioned a discount or adjustment for the substituted product. Really disappointed in the fact that no one offered an adjustment and it took two weeks to hear back from Kilkenny. Very poor customer service.”

“I bought the initial chain. I couldn't believe it when I opened it. It was SO tiny, it was like something you would pay about €3 from a Chinese website. Paid €54.00. I wouldnt haven't have minded if it had said how tiny it was in the description. And when I emailed the company they just said its a standard size, ot is not. So be aware before you buy this.”

“When my order arrived it was faulty I contacted customer services. They immediately sent a.replacement. I told them I was going on holidays and didn't want a box left outside my door. They said they put it in a jiffy bag to go through my letter box. They sent it express delivery so it arrived before I went on holiday. I was impressed with their friendly efficient service.”

“I ordered a coat which I then paid to return as it was too big. I have since learnt that the customs charge was not paid as Kilkenny do not do this so the item is being returned to me. If this is the case, I will have to pay yet again to return it to them and pay the customs charge myself. Not happy.”
