“The jackets I ordered are in good shape and I like it very much. But the convenience of shopping for international customers is not that great on this website. For starter, when I found out the size of the jacket I ordered didn't suit me Kilkenny didn't offer me a free exchange. I had to cancel and find a shipper on my own to send it back. This is very expensive and painful coz international package shipping cost for individuals is very high as compare to commercial organization. Kilekenny should either offer free exchange or at least provide return shipping at discounted price that commercial organizations can get.”

“Twice In succession I was sent the incorrect item. As the courier did not turn up to collect the first incorrect item I had to make 2 15km round trips to return items to my nearest branch.”

“All products I bought at a variety of Kilkenny shops were of great quality and value I bought clothes which were an accurate sizes, I bought bags which were super and I got gifts and gift set. The variety of products was amazing. I love shopping in Kilkenny shops and they have a great online service too. Never an issue with any purchases”

“The Shop was great, the customer service for on line purchases was not. Bought 2 tipp.crystal decorations for gifts on line. Found out recipient already had them. Rang on line to see if I could return to shop as didn't have time for post before Christmas...to be told be c.service girl she "didn't think so" that Id just have to post it...no effort to find out, no effort to help. Was going to Pavillions an thought I'd try asking in the shop...the sales staff couldn't have been more helpful no prob with return.”
