“I ordered a package that was to be a present for Christmas. After 2 weeks of waiting and tracking the package I contacted the shipping company who confirmed that the package had been registered with them but they had not yet received the package. I then decided to contact Kilkenny design. I finally got through to an external customer service who said they would pass on my message. Later that day I received an email which didnt address my issue, they just resent my tracking number. I replied and had to re-explain the issue and ask why it has taken so long and when it will be here. I was told I would have to wait until the new year for my package to be shipped with no indication of when I can expect it to be shipped. Over all I found the customer service experience dismissive. I completely understand Christmas is a hectic and busy period and I would have been much more understanding if customer service had been more attentive.”

“Was in Kilkenny Design in Galway last evening and it was very busy. I purchased items worth €140 as a Christmas present - not cheap, but there was nobody to wrap my gift upstairs. One lady was asked and she politely stated that she was off at 6 and did not have time. Then along comes Ciara, a young beautiful pleasant girl with a wonderful smile who assured me she would wrap my gift. No problem. And she did. She took her time and made my expensive gift look twice the price. This lady actually made my evening in Kilkenny Design. It is because of her 'Can Do' attitude that I would go back there again. Thank you Ciara.”

“I consider useless ,would never again purchase off you, wanted to send the bag i bought ,rang 3 ties ,was told the ao office would ring me back, the mani met said he didnt know what ti do. Nobody has ran since.I am left with a handbag i dont wabt.disgraceful.”

“One piece was perfect. The other I had issues with and the customer support continually dodged calls, ignored emails, and refused to follow up. With the piece I had issues with, they were using false advertising, using a picture with 2 necklaces and when it arrived it was NOT the products in the thumbnail. Seriously disappointing.”

“There was no rating for OKAy so poor was the nearets. I ordered several items online from Kilkenny Design and the majority were lovely. However, I was disappointed by a couple of things. I didn't receive the 2 sets of reeds that are meant to accompany the diffuser refills that I ordered and received. Also, two items had some minor damage and a third item,'White Birds On Branch', was different than I expected, both in the type of material used and the size (there were no measurements in the description) and material. I will follow up with the store on how to remedy these problems.”
