“Was in newbridge store today with my mother. Purchased a lovely gift but imagine our surprise when she was asked if she wanted a PAPER BAG at a charge. What are you meant to say...no, and walk around a shopping centre with your purchase on full display? Even the poor young shop assistant looked embarrassed. You pay enough for the gifts in store without this added extra. No other shop that I am aware of charges for paper bags...won't be rushing back there soon.”

“Repeatedly rebuffed by customer service. Very dissatisfied with the entire process. Be wary of any order you placed. Customer service will change their story to their advantage and will not help you. Find another source for what you want. This company is totally inflexible!”
