“I ordered two of every item on a 50% clearance. I have only received half of the merchandise. I am not sure why my package was shipped in two separate packages and with one of each item. I ordered on November 27th for Christmas gifting, but here we are December 18th and with only half of my order received.”

“It is always a pleasant experience to ramble around the shop with all it has to offer , but I do feel customers may be put off having to buy a bag when they are spending a lot of money in the shop .I think this needs to be reviewed.”

“I very much appreciated the personal customer service response while I was initially shopping for an item. SInce I was unfamiliar with this company and was purchasing a sort of pricey item, it was reassuring to know that Kilkenny Design was responsive to communication. The purchase process went well, and the shipping took a reasonable time considering it was an international purchase.”

“As a shop it has lovely quality items,which were all delivered on time, however, I am since bombarded with emails every day since signing the loyalty scheme and it is too much, please take note and reduce the amount of emails you send, otherwise I will unsubscribe.”
