“I purchased a scarf from Kilkenny from a brand I was familiar with so new the quality of the product would be great. However I was really disappointed with how the item arrived to me, just thrown into a box, not wrapped, not even a thank you card. It felt quite thoughtless for a parcel I had been excited to receive.”

“Not being able to include the name of the sender, or a greeting when purchasing for a birthday present is a real lack of customer focus and service. It might be something to consider for your customers as I'm sure many more people would purchase gifts considering your great range.”
