“Product received was lovely but unfortunately no nice Kilkenny Design or Enibas gift bag received, just protective bubble wrap. Enibas ear ring box with outer plain white soft cardboard wrap. Was disappointed as this was a gift and have bought other Enibas ear rings in store recently in Galway and as they were packaged very nicely.”

“While the online store is much improved recently, I still find the delivery time is very slow especially as you are unable to track its progress online. The courier for your deliveries GLS also does not advise as to deliver times, it simply send a mail to say they are processing your order and then you receive the item without any notice. As a very active online shopper this is disappointing given most websites offer this service. It can lead to me missing my deliveries from your store.”

“The merchandise I ordered is great. Communication following the shipment was not good. I received an email that my items were shipped, but I was unable to track the shipment. I emailed Kilkenny twice inquiring about the status of my shipment and did not receive a reply. Finally, I received an email from customer service after the box arrived at my home that my items were delivered. If your customer service department was unable to track my package they should have replied to my query and say so.”
