“Hi, I ordered my item 3 weeks ago and was told that the gift got lost in transit and I was offered to cancel order. I emailed back to say I still want the gift as it’s an urgent wedding gift for a family member. I haven’t received any update on the 2nd delivery /order to say it’s processing and when it will be with me. The wedding has now passed so I’m a little embarrassed that I am missing part of my gift. If the delivery was going to take this long I would not have ordered.”

“I have not received this order. No link was provided for me to track shipping. These were thank you gifts, that I very much needed to receive within the time promised. I have communicated once to you about this and received no assistance. Can someone there please tell me if this order is actually on its way? I order goods from Ireland all the time and have never had this kind of experience before. Orders usually arrive in less than 10 days.”
