“First time ordering products from your shop and must say it was a positive experience. Was kept advised of shipping details. Received products but unfortunately one of my pottery mugs was received broken in pieces. I advised your store of this and was impressed with the fast response from Cian and resolution (a replacement mug being shipped). Will definitely be ordering products again from your store. “I had requested delivery on 12th. It did not arrive. I had left a note on front door IF OUT DELIVER NEXT DOOR NO 33. I had several emails with GLS and Kk design When the delivery arrived 5 days later.an O K mug was in oieces due to complete lack of packing. .”

“Love the products, Kilkenny always a first choice for me for gifts and I have used your online service frequently as well as visiting your shop in Dawson Street where I have found the service to be very efficient and trouble free. Staff always seem to go that extra mile.”

“I love the products from Kilkenny Shop. We visited Ireland in May and shopped at two locations- in Dublin and Kilkenny but did not have the space to buy too much. I was very happy to shop online after we returned home and get free shipping to the U.S. The items were great and I have put in another order. I bought lots of gifts from Ireland and didn't have to pack any of them!”

“I just love the Kilkenny Shop, it's my first stop for gifts and treats for myself. Online service is great, fast delivery and customer service excellent any time I've phoned with queries. Staff in Kilkenny Shops are always very helpful and friendly. Always highly recommend to friends.”

“Nice and helpful staff. Purchased in-shop and online - shipped to U.S. and came all intact! Big fan of La Bougie Mission Fig fragrances (and others of that brand), I plan on purchasing online every 3-4 months - shipping free on over 100 Euro (not hard to do!).”
