“Nice product but shipping cost far too expensive esp considering as I am in Ireland. Won't use this website as a result again unfortunately. I would have considered doing Christmas shopping etc from here but not now.”

“Am beyond happy & satisfied with my first & recent online shopping experience with Kilkenny Shop! It’s such a bonus to be able to shop online so far from home & a great buzz to receive the box of “home” well packaged here in Perth WA! “Absolutely no problems ordering online from Kilkenny Shop. Prompt response to requests via email. However I'd pay extra for gift-wrapping, pity you don't provide the service.”

“I ordered online duvet set, but in wrong size. Giving it back unopened via Store in Cork I was refunded and bought then correct size again via Online Store.”

“The entire process from ordering to having my item delivered was great. The item itself was perfect. The item online was €85 with a €15 off when you spent over a certain amount. I was delighted with my saving. I paid €70. However when I got the item it had its price sticker of €74.95. Must admit I felt disappointed and a bit cheated. Not very impressed. Such a same!”
