“Generally kilkenny online service is very good. Only had a incidence to complain once and it was sorted Delivery if goods could be better tends to take longer than other suppliers Site a bit unpredictable at times But thank you for service thus far”

“We shopped at the store when we were on vacation and had a great experience. The lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful. We also ordered something online when we got back and that was a great experience as well.”

“The shopping was easy and delivery to the US was quick. The Voya hair products were not the same quality I had used at the Lough Eske Castle which prompted me to order the pricey shampoo and conditioner. The items I bought did not moisturize my hair at all, the conditioner was terrible. I wasn't sure if a return was possible, if it is I would like to return the items as I am not using them past the first try.”

“I can't review the product, because after all this time it has not been delivered to me. I have tried emailing the shop several times, but still nothing happens. As I have mentioned, I find the shop a delightful venue to visit, browse and purchase, but very discouraging of online business”

“I always enjoy shopping in this shop. It has lovely displays and affordable jewellery ETC. However my first time on line shopping experience was disappointing. The jewellery and packaging weren't what I expected. But buying in store I will do in the future.”
