“I ordered multiple items from the store. One item was the wrong one. The item was returned and the same incorrect item was sent out again, minus the gift box it came in the first time. After the first mistake, I had mentioned that the item was meant to be a gift, and I had described what the item looked like on the website photos to emphasize that I did not want the very different-looking product that I had received. Despite this, the same mistake was made twice. Apparently there was a mixup with the serial number on that product, but I wonder why the content of my complaint was not communicated effectively to the person doing the shipment. I received a refund in the end.”

“I ordered two items online using a voucher to the UK. I am still awaiting delivery on these items which were ordered on the 17th August. My parcel was delayed in customs which was not communicated with me along with a large customs charge of 66euro. I was shocked that this was the issue and messaged for assistance to which I am still waiting a reply.”

“Excellent service. I had ordered and realised I would be away when delivery was due. Quick online chat and despatch delayed to a later date, was so surprised by how easy it was to sort and very impressed with the willingness to accommodate me, definitely a lesson there for other e-retailers.”

“I had expected this item to be express delivery but there was a delay in the stock coming into store which delayed dispatch date. I was not proactively informed of this and had to chase up where the parcel was. Unfortunately the delay resulted in a birthday gift being delivered almost a week late which wasn’t great.”

“I purchased a voucher online and it isn’t expecting to be *electronically* delivered for about a month. This is pretty disgraceful as a system that it can’t be an instant voucher sent and received immediately. Yes I am still waiting for my voucher.”
