“Bought an orange and cinnamon personalised candle for my daughters 21st birthday. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Smelled strongly of cinnamon - hopefully the orange comes through when burning. Definitely recommend company for a special gift.”
“We were gutted as we never received this order. We jointly ordered this gift as an engagement present for our friend but the Royal Mail our the parcel in their wheelie bin which then got put out the next day so the parcel went in the bin lorry. I know this is not the fault of Kindred Fires but it was such a shame that this happened and we are so annoyed that the delivery person would put the parcel in the bin!”

“Perhaps this review shouldn’t be in relation to Kindred Fires more the delivery service Royal Mail. The tracking advised the parcel was delivered on 22nd however it was actually delivered 4 days later.
Between these dates my friend who I had gifted the candle to looked everywhere and I contacted support who wasn’t particularly helpful asking us to look In our safe place or with a neighbour which felt pretty condescending to be honest.
She now has it which is the important thing, overall not very satisfied.”
