“On the whole very pleased. They were very honest by warning us that there was only one left (of the specific Zannussi washing machine that we wanted). and it had "a few scratches on the top & fascia". On arrival...we really struggled to see them. Anyway, I paid the £9.99 'recycling fee' in with the total payment. 2 days later a friend said he would remove it and take it away. Kingdom Appliances were great about this and refunded the £9.99. I have one, and only one, issue. We have 3 steps leading up to our front door, i did make them aware. On delivery day (just me, v v bad back so not well) & my 75 year old mother. The delivery was done by just one person "who was just a driver". He asked if we could help him lift it up the 3 stairs. Impossible. He refused and said he would either take it back or leave it in middle of driveway. We phoned the company. Very long story short.... we paid some guys who were in a van down the road to help.”

“Good prices; but delivery arrangements poor. The driver arrived before 7am and rang and rang the doorbell (I was away) and woke up my wife and children. Not acceptable especially without prior notice.”

“Bought an Electrolux cooker from Kingdom Appliances about 3 months ago. Was very happy with the buying and delivery of the cooker. Also very pleased with the cooker itself. Lost one star as I had asked for the old cooker to be taken away but was later phoned to say that as it was a third party delivering it they could not take it away. The fee of £9.99 was refunded. Did find a charity who took the cooker but I had to get it out the house myself so that I could put in the new one.”

“Had to chase up as did not get any delivery date as promised and needed the oven fairly promptly. After third phone call was really impressed with every part of the distribution process. Each section gave me the phone number and name of the next person I needed to speak to. Didn't mind just wanted to make sure I got the item and I did. Thank you very much - good price too. Just what I wanted.”
