“Ordered two jackets, got one in less than two weeks. Had to contact KR more than once to find out where the other one was. Eventually was told they'd issue a refund because the item was out of stock.”

“Slow service . No notifications on a pushback date . Rude customer service . It’s not that hard to send a email when a item is being pushed back due to production many understand that but to not makes the company look bad !”

Hello, thank you for your order. We actually sent out an email to customers who had ordered this item to let them know there was a delay with the materials used and that we'd ship them out as soon as they arrived. I've checked our system and see a few emails from you where you acknowledge receiving the email about the delay, all emails seem to have been responded to and no one was ever rude in any of them. “Great products & decent customer service but order fulfillment & shipping are pretty terrible. And when it comes to pre-orders this company is the worst. Things NEVER come out when they say. This last pre-order I did really took the cake. Kings Road was pointing fingers elsewhere which wouldn't have bothered me except that they constantly have pre-order problems.”

The item you ordered took much, much longer to have produced than we we're told it would from the manufacturer. Whenever we had updates on the progress of this item we sent out emails to everyone who had ordered it. We do apologize for how long this specific item took to get out to customers. Supply chains around the world are still backed up from covid-related delays but we're working every day to get all merchandise delivered to us as quickly as we can. “Prints look amazing. Designs are amazing. Shirt quality sucks. Not sure when bands started printing on thin soft cotton shirts that aren’t durable and constantly fray. But it’s seriously annoying. I’m sure it’s a cost thing but either way just wanted to support some of my favorite bands.”

“The vinyl sounds perfect. My only gripe is that my signed copy of "Shore" has an extremely faded signature on it. You can barely notice that it is signed. My friend received a copy of the album as well and he had the same issue.”

“The products from Kings Road are top notch, but the customer service and shipping of orders leaves something to be desired. I understand that there is a pandemic going on, but I’ve have no problems getting orders from other companies. If you’re going to take months to get orders, you should at least offer free shipping.”

“Hit or miss with you guys. The biggest problem is the variation in, and high amount of, your shipping costs. Sometimes the shipping cost is almost half the cost of a record, and in the case of 7”, it can double the price. Other places I order aren’t nearly as high.”
