I purchased a black Alkaline Trio snapback hat from Kings Road Merch. The hat appeared to be structured in the pictures with no mention of being unstructured in text, but I immediately noticed it was unstructured upon receipt. I still wanted to give it a go. For the first time ever, a SnapBack didn’t really feel like it fit my head. It feels tight and uncomfortable. Additionally, the last two snap pegs just slip out so are functionally useless. I reviewed their return policy. If you wear anything, you can’t return it. You need to exchange for a different size. That’s not possible with this item. Even if they accepted the return, they wouldn’t refund shipping and would make me pay to ship it back, making it pretty much not worth it. I had luck buying a sweatshirt from them in the past, but I don’t plan to purchase from them again with this sort of gamble.

Hello, if you receive an item you're unhappy with you can always return it for a refund or exchange as long as it's not worn. It's a pretty standard practice among retailers to not accept returns on items that are worn. It's also noted in the description for this item on the store that it's a lightly structured, five-panel, mid-profile, flat bill, snapback hat. We appreciate your order but unfortunately can't take back items that have been worn. Thank you.

The Alkaline Trio mig looked awesome on the website. Then it arrived and it was a cheap vinyl sticker my kid could’ve made. Not worth the price.

not sure if you are rsponsible for the qualiy of the cotton of the shirt - i was dissappointed. Could have got better at Hobby Lobby. otherwise the process was good. thanks

Hello, the shirt you purchased was printed on a standard Tultex 100% cotton t-shirt blank. We've never had any complaints about this shirt being used but if you're unhappy with the shirt we're happy to process a return or exchange for you. Worst mystery pack ever! Generic tour shirt and a crumpled sticker. Ridiculous shipping charges, wouldn't let you order multiple sizes to combine shipping. AVOID ALL MYSTERY PACKS!

Hello, you seem to have received exactly what was promised in this Goodie Bag. It was noted that every bag would receive one shirt, long sleeve or hoodie plus a possible piece of ultra rare memorabilia. The ultra rare memorabilia items were inserted into random orders. Thank you.

The album I preordered months ago has been sitting with the 3rd party shipper for over a week waiting to be taken to a usps location. When I reached out for assistance, I was told to contact the post office, however after contacting the USPS who had yet to receive the record, I was told by kingsroad, to contact the 3rd party directly but told to “have low expectations”, for having my issue resolved. It was made clear that my issue was not a priority as it was pointed out that I chose “the most economical shipping option” and “hopefully it’ll show up soon” I don’t feel kingsroad took my issue seriously. I didn’t expect to get the record the day it released… after having paid for the record months ago, within a week, not ideal, but fine. I chose the most “economical” after all. That said, it should have hit the post office by now. I would have liked to know that the Kings Road had acknowledged that a week for a 3rd party shipper to hold an item as long as they have is unacceptable and that kingsroad would at the very least be contacting them to find out when the rest of the packages would be going out.

I wrote to customer service about a vinyl inner sleeve that came damaged (bent and with holes, the paper starting to unstick from itself) and, while I appreciate the 48hrs or less response, they essentially said “sorry can’t do anything about it because it’s cosmetic” when all I’d need is a new inner sleeve. I don’t need a whole new record, I just need a new inner sleeve. I’ve spoken to other fans who purchased the same record and they had similar issues with not only the product but the company refusing to do anything about a damaged product—a product mind you that isn’t just a vinyl, it’s a sleeve with art that I doubt the artist intended to have arrive or packed damaged. To me, it would be like purchasing a shirt that ended up having bleach stains across it and the company refusing to let you exchange it because it’s “cosmetic”. I’m a record collector and this really sucks. Avoid Kings Road Merch if you care about the condition of the product you’re purchasing.

We have not received our order yet. So far no review but it’s not looking good, as the tracking says delivered but doesn’t say to where because we didn’t receive it. Hoping it’s still coming as it’s a birthday gift

Ordered two tye dye bad religion shirts and an age of unreason hoodie on September 29 2023. Got the hoodie in late November, one of the tye dyes just before Christmas and the last tye dye doesn’t exist on account of someone robbing your old warehouse or something so I settled on a pair of sweatpants just because there is really nothing else I wanted to substitute. ON TOP OF THAT; last year my seeet mum ordered me the American Jesus Harley Tshirt and that has yet to come. EVER. Without any reason. However, the customer service agent I dealt with throughout this ordeal was amazing and very very helpful and is probably an essential member of your team. GIVE THEM A RAISE. Lower your heads in shame otherwise.

After waiting over 3 weeks, I opened up a PayPal Claim. FINALLY they shipped my order. Looks like reporting them to PayPal is the only way to get your order when dealing with these guys. AVOID!!

Easily one of the most frustrating transactions I've ever made. I made a purchase roughly a YEAR ago, and now they want a review? Sure thing. I bought a tee shirt, sweatshirt, and vinyl record from there. Tee shirt and vinyl never even came in. Sweatshirt was way too small and came in very late, so I didn't even get to gift that. I attempted to contact somebody about a refund or getting the vinyl and t shirt sent to me, but it never happened. So here I am, one year later, STILL with no vinyl record or t shirt. And the website wants me to post a review? Laughable. If I could mark 0 of 5 stars j totally would, but 1 is the lowest I can go. This website is run by crooks who have absolutely no customer service capabilities whatsoever. If you're reading this, I implore you: ***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE***

Hello, You purchased a sweatshirt, hat and LP. You emailed us in December 2022 to let us know you received the sweatshirt and hat but not the LP. You emailed again a few days later asking for us to cancel your order. We let you know the order could not be canceled since it had been shipped already and you requested a refund for the missing LP and the shipping price. We issued a refund for the LP and shipping price in January 2023. You received 2 of the 3 items ordered and received a refund for the other item along with your shipping price. Thank you.

I like the choices, but there has been a consistent problem of me being charged for shipping on purchases over the amount required for free shipping. I have yet to receive any refund and I just call it a wash. I don't like that I have to contact Customer service about this on multiple incidents. I don't see me coming back anytime soon

Hello, at the time of this purchase there was a promo for free US shipping on orders $60+. Your order total was a few dollars short of that which is the why the free shipping didn't trigger for your order. It needs to be $60+ before shipping is added. If you're ever charged for shipping when you shouldn't be, feel free to reach out to our customer service and we'll be happy to help you out and even issue a refund for shipping if it actually should have been free. Package never arrived, they offered to reship but then they stopped responding to any communications. I reached out many more times. I have finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. I'll buy elsewhere in the future.
