Still no sign of my order. It was purchased over a month ago. Shipping was quite expensive and still no sign of my order.

Hello, the 7" you ordered was a pre-order and we shipped this out as soon as we received the records. Your order shipped and the tracking shows its still in transit. International orders have been taking a while to be delivered but you should have this very soon. You should have been emailed the tracking information. Hello, the order tied to this review is for the Rancid 7" that was a pre-order set to originally ship in December of this year but we got them really early and shipped them out in August. Hope you enjoy the record you purchased and thank you for your order.

The shirts and stickers where definitely good quality but it took to damn long for them to send out upon ordering. I give that a zero star. Most likely will not order from them again. That sucked.

This hat is like a dad hat/trucker hat bybrid. The front middle pops up like a horn. At least it's embroidered.

This is the second sweatshirt I’ve received and they’re just shaped weird. The torso is super long and bulky when folded under so I returned it. Bummer.

My last order with KingsRoad was in December 2022. I am not sure why I am being asked to review it over a year later, but I guess that follows with KingsRoad’s incredible slowness. My order took significantly longer to arrive than anticipated as it was a Christmas gift and needed to arrive on time. It was difficult to get any sort of update on the item and it took over a week for the item to actually ship after the order had been received. I love ATWWD, but they should absolutely drop KingsRoad as their merchandise distributor.

Hello, this order was placed right before the cut off for orders to be placed and delivered before Christmas. Things are always a little backed up this time of year but the order shipped within a week of it being placed and seems to have arrived in time for Christmas. We hope you enjoy the items you ordered. Hello, we were never contacted to let us know you were missing any items in your order. The first 2 times we sent your order out it was returned to us due to it not being a correct address. We shipped it a third time and sent you tracking for the package and never heard anything back about there being any issues. Meh, if something is out of stock, they don't communicate; they don't respond to emails. You just have to wait until your item randomly ships.

Hello, it looks like we received 2 orders from you at the beginning of 2023. One was shipped within a couple of days, the other was a pre-order and it was shipped as soon as the item was delivered to our warehouse. That item was delayed but we sent an email to customers about the delay. The only email we received from you asking about the status of your order was responded to promptly. Took 3 months to get the item I ordered. When I inquired about my item I was told it was low priority and could not get an ETA on when my item would ship.

Hello, your order was placed when we were deep in the middle of a massive warehouse move which caused the delay. That's pretty much over now and orders are shipping very quickly at this point. There was a ton of product to ship out from the old place and receive it in at our new warehouse. Things got a bit backed up but as soon as item was received at our new warehouse, orders for that item shipped out right away. It looks like you emailed to check on the order and were responded to and we explained the situation and offered a refund if the wait was too long. We appreciate your order and your patience. the order was delayed, once I emailed you asking about the delay you were good at responding that you were moving warehouses. The alkaline trio heartagram tshirt I ordered was not great quality. The shirt wasn’t expensive so I’m not that upset, I’m just used to nicer band shirts from your company. Thanks for the chance to review Gabriel Rheault

I made a relatively large purchase at the end of September, $233 worth of merch from Descendents. There was a notification on the website that due to a warehouse move it may take 4-6 weeks to get my shipment. Come mid-November I still hadn’t received anything. I reached out to customer service, who was very kind and helpful, and they offered to have a partial order shipped to me, which I accepted. Now, when I go to my account, the entire order is missing. I can only see items I ordered from 2013 and 2015. I’d really like to get the rest of the items from my order. One was a Christmas gift, which I believe I purchased in plenty of time to have by then, but it still hasn’t arrived. Unfortunately this hasn’t been a great experience. I understand a large move can be difficult, but I’ve also been more than patient.

Here's the thing...my girlfriend and I love the show and have bought merch a few times now. Idk why but every time I try to buy her a surprise gift (Bday, Christmas,etc...) There's always something going on with your warehouse and to follow adds a delay to my order. Again, love the show, the merch is quality, but I wish I the next time I order some merch... it'll get to me in a timely manner with no delays.

Like a month ago i bought some vinyls, and Ribbed from NOFX came without insert. 😥 There's any chance to get one insert for my copy? I buy them so that they reach a cousin who lives in the United States and when he comes to Mexico, he brings them to me.
