Honestly, kind of disappointed with the whole situation behind this vinyl pressing, the constant pressing/shipping delays, and receiving the product in less than stellar condition. The spine of the vinyl sleeve was worn so much, this looks like a used record from my local shop, despite being “shrink-wrapped” (with the loosest plastic wrapping I’ve ever seen). 3D glasses were included, but I’m not entirely sure the point of them considering there was no album insert for additional artwork to look at, the glasses really didn’t add much to the experience. I am truly, very disappointed in the quality of this package, especially after waiting nine-months from the time of my order until delivery because of “Manufacturing delays” (curious how so many other records were pressed and printed in a normal time-frame, and yet this was so terribly behind schedule).

Hello, unfortunately, this pressing took much longer than anyone expected. We were at the mercy of the pressing plant and this one kept getting caught up in multiple delays at the plant. We sent out updates to customers as we received them from the plant to keep everyone in the loop and once they arrived we shipped them out right away. The 3D glasses can be used to look at the LP cover as well as YouTube and Instagram videos that the band posted to their accounts. The items are great, and I’m sure the bands have something to do w that. Especially loving the new Descendents products.I’ve been ordering over ten years, never once been offered a promo code;shipping prices are ridiculously high, especially for the weight of tshirts, and figures. I’m not on a rural route, I’m in Madison wi, a decent hub. My recent order placed 4/30, today is 5/24, still hasn’t arrived. I feel like supporting my artists, but feel ripped off by shipping costs, and wait times.

Hello, shipping prices have been going up across all carriers. We pull our prices directly from the carrier and they're based on product weight and shipping method chosen. Your recent order hasn't shipped yet due to an item being on pre-order. The mugs have been delayed by the manufacturer. We emailed all customers about this delay on 5/6 to alert everyone. As soon as those arrive, we'll ship your order out. We also send out info on promos we're running in various stores pretty often, including the Descendents store, to our customer lists - you can sign up for any band's list at this link: https://kingsroadmerch.com/artists/ Sometimes we send out promo codes and sometimes we just alert customers of a promotion that is running in a store that is automatically applied at checkout. I’m must say I have been very happy with you in the past but this record was anything but a pleasant experience. It was expected to ship weeks ago and has yet to arrive I cannot get any updates or help from anyone. I love most of the artists you supply but I will for sure be thinking twice in the future about ordering from kinds road. Very very disappointed to say the least.

I bought a 40 dollar cheaply made rancid hat. The label oh the hat left adhesive i cant get removed from the fabric.

This review is in reference to my order of 3 Every Time I Die Lps. The record “From Parts Unknown” has a defective loop in the pressing that almost all reviews I’ve seen online seem to have. I reached out and was told it would be replaced in 2 weeks. That was almost a month ago and I’ve reached back out and have not received a reply. Disappointed you guys are shipping out lps that are clearly defective and then not following up with people about solving the issue seems shady. Ive spent a lot of money with you guys over the years. I ordered a 2x size Interrupters shirt. It was a little expensive, but I went for it anyway. It took a long time to arrive, and it's very small for a 2x, so it doesn't even fit me. It'd be awesome if you would add tall sizes to your shirt selection.

I was told that one item of my order was back-ordered and would be delayed (totally understandable given the times) and so I asked if the items that were in stock could be shipped and that request was denied. When the out of stock item was available and shipped with the rest of my order, another item I had became out of stock and wasn't included in the shipment. And was simply told sorry that item is no longer available. Not the best customer service. Bummer.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from there and the third time I’ve had multiple issues. To begin with, don’t expect your item to even be shipped within the first week. They blame co-vid for the delays but once it actually reached the post office I had it within a day. Assuming that all of the items were included and accounted for. Which wasn’t the case here. Again. Good luck contacting support. I never hear back so I’ll follow up and they just tell me that they’ve not received a request from me and that the tracking number shows the item was delivered. Even after explaining that yes, tracking shows the item delivered but there were three items and one was correct, one was wrong shirt and size and the other didn’t show up at all. Beyond frustrating

I live in Hawaii but the shipping cost applied by Kings Road web stores is still unreasonably expensive. I buy records and shirts online frequently and am never charged anywhere near as much for shipping as I am by Kings Road. I resorted to having my Descendents order shipped to family in California and then had them mail the package to me, which was still less expensive than what Kings Road wanted to charge me for shipping. Yes it’s a hassle and takes longer but it’s still better than being gouged for shipping directly from K R.

Very upset with my order. I ordered a record and was shipped the wrong variant and was not notified late of the mix up in colors and the company didnt offer a solution to the mix up. I purchased the order expecting to get a certain color and was not at all close to what I ordered. I understand supply issues aren't the greatest right but shouldn't offer a variant and not follow through with it. Only thing they could say is it was pretty much not their problem politly.

Hello, we actually emailed all customers who ordered this exclusive variant to alert them of the change in color of the vinyl. I checked that email list and you are on it and the label also posted about this on their social media to let customers know. Our exclusive variant came in differently than we expected so we reached out to customers to alert them as soon as we were made aware of this. This is the only variant we have, it's still the same album and still just as limited, the was just different due to a mix-up with the pressing plant. If you are unhappy with the record you received you are welcome to send it back for a full refund but we do not have a different color to replace your record with. Apologies for any confusion and we hope you still enjoy the album. Thank you!

Hello, The shipping price is just based on the weight of the item(s) ordered and the shipping method selected. I see you placed your order on 9/29 and we actually shipped out your order that same day. It seems like USPS is just taking a while to deliver your package, unfortunately. Shirt came in wrinkled and with a small stain. It feels very cheap and thin. design is sick though.

Bought two sweatshirts and both are pretty cheaply constructed. One is a full zip and the zipper is plastic and jamming up. I would pay more for better products. I love the band I am representing and spending extra for superior material would be worth it.

I do not order a whole lot anymore. I either receive the wrong item or if I receive the correct item is usually broken. I ordered a Decendents bonus mug and the lid was broken so I can never use it. The Milo bobble head I also received broken, but I was able to super glue that. Also, all of your bundle packages suck because you never offer them with child or women sizes. The smallest shirt is a mens small, which fits me like a night gown.

the phisical order was fine but the digital download that came to it has been a disaster. - first, the download links that came with the order didn't work and they made me waste 2 attempts of the 3 available for each item I've ordered; - then I spent more than 2 weeks contacting the customer service to receive some working links that I used for my 3rd and last attempt; - in conclusion, if I'll lose the files I've downloaded I will not be able to download them again. sorry but it wasn't a great experience

The last time I ordered from them they only had one of two items, let me know weeks later they changed my order to one item and would send it (changing my shipping cost to make it not worth it) and then when I replied (that same day) they informed me they’d already sent the one item somehow and I could return it when it got to me (minus my shipping charges). Dealing with their customer service is not worth the time so I always check if you can find items elsewhere first. I did get this order without a problem so congratulations?, kingsroad.
