Products sold by KRM are not the issue, the lack of customer service and repeated incorrect shipping of ordered items are the issue. Unfortunately, KRM is a necessary evil for some artists. Orders I've made including multiple items have almost always needed multiple attempts to contact nonexistent customer service. Mailing is fair. I ordered an autographed poster, but it never arrived, when it did after countless contacts of KRM and the actual artist is shipped, damaged. KRM attempted to "right" this, even though they didn't have to. The tube containing the autographed poster, 2nd mailing, was mailed WITHOUT being taped on either end...yep damaged again, I AM SO DONE. M KUEHNE. ( How did I communicate with the company? LOL, more ways than listed below.) FB messenger WAS the only way anyone would respond other than a generic email response. This picture submitted is of the first damaged item. I'm tired of taking pictures of KRM incompetence, so that's all I'm messing with.

Hello, apologies that you order got damaged in transit. Obviously we did not pack the prints that way and were damaged by USPS once it left our warehouse. Since these printed are rolled and sent in a poster tube, they were sent separately from the rest of your order and arrived at a different time. Wrong size shirt was delivered. Requested 3 mediums. Received 2 mediums and a small. One of the mediums fit like a youth medium. Was only able to use 1 of 3 shirts.

Website is good, but something was missing from my order. Tried to contact kings road twice and still have not heard back. It’s been over 2 weeks.

I've usually been pretty happy with everything that I've ordered, but the new hoodie that I received started to fall apart after wearing it for less than a day. The front pocket became almost completely detached at the top and I had to sew it back together. I completely understand normal wear and tear, but this was within the first day of wearing it.

Terrible communication. The LP was delayed forever, and I always had to reach out to Kings Merch for an update. Figuring out how to contact you was hard and I just felt as if I was dismissed. On the positive side, I did get the LP, but nearly 10 months after I paid for it.

Hello, we sent out multiple emails about this record and the delays. Unfortunately, we're at the mercy of the pressing plant when it comes to vinyl and sometimes records are delayed longer than expected. It looks like all 3 of your emails to us asking for updates on the record were responded to in a timely manner as well. Apologies, this took so long but we shipped them out as soon as they landed at our warehouse. We're glad you have the album now and hope you're enjoying it. Hello, it looks like you were charged $5.15 for shipping on your order which seems to be correct for a package being shipped from one coast to the other. Need More 3X shirts and hoodies..your 2x shirts fit like XL and are too tight and small..With high prices of merch and Shipping and taxes,There should be 3x for the Tall people out there.

Punk-o-rama cassette 2022. Cool looking shell, but audio quality is not good. Low output on left channel. I'm guessing current cassette manufacturing has some challenges. Hopefully, some improvements are in work for future cassette reissues.

To be blatantly honest, I’ll probably never order from you again. I bought a patch basically out of frustration due to the lack of quality Rancid patches on the market. For one 3x1 inch patch it was like $12… The shipping was way to much for a nothing sized patch that could have gone in the mail with a few stamps.. And the communication of the order was frustrating. I felt like the order was in limbo. And I was being very patient, because I know not everyone is Amazon. My wife ordered Bad Religion stuff for my birthday a 3 weeks in advance and had the same experience. So yeah, I probably won’t be buying from you again, well in less I get insanely frustrated with a product search and have the coin to over pay for the product.

These guys are in over their heads. Orders generally take as long to arrive as with bootleg preorders from amateur printers. The Butchered at Birth vinyl took a year past the original date to arrive 😂 Nah, I’m done with em.

Hello, yes the Cannibal Corpse vinyl reissues took infinitely longer to get in than anyone imagined. Unfortunately, we were not the company pressing those and had nothing to do with the delay on that vinyl. We placed the order for copies of these records to be sold in the band's store and were told we'd have them by a certain date which obviously did not happen. We sent out multiple emails to customers to keep them up to date whenever we got new info about when we expected to have them in stock. We were at the mercy of the pressing plant on these and just had to wait until they made them. Not really sure what could have possibly taken the plant that long to press 3 records but we're just happy we finally received them all and were able to fill everyone's order. Apologies for the delay and thank you for your order.

My favorite band (Alkaline Trio) only sells their merch through Kings Road Merch. The shipping takes a loooonnnngggg time, and the quality of the shirts is subpar. The last shirt I received, after a couple of weeks of waiting for the delivery, I will never wear unfortunately. It is a boxy and short shirt, which if that is your thing great. I prefer a better quality fitted shirt, especially for $30 a shirt. The shirt before that was similar and just not well made. The worst part of this is that these shirts were special edition shirts (Pride and Womans Rights), and they will just sit in my closet. Maybe the band chooses the shirt brand and quality, if so my bad. But I will no longer purchase these shirts online, I will have to wait to buy them when they tour.

Ordered 2 records, only received 1. Took 3 attempts and over a week before anyone responded to my claim. Been a week since that response and I am still waiting for the missing item or any information on when I might get it.

I’ve had a poor experience to he honest. Both of the albums I have pre-ordered from you have come with digital downloads that would not work. The only option available to do anything about it or to contact kings road merch is writing to your “support”, and after doing that several times, I still have yet to receive a response or any help or a working digital download code. Also, I know there were troubles with pressing vinyl this year as well but it took almost a year for me to get the second album I ordered. Probably will avoid ordering from you guys in the future even though both of my favorite bands use you as their primary merch supplier.

Had a Horrible experience trying to get my Descendents zip up hoodie... the first one was lost in the mail? & it took over a month to get my money back as it was sold out. When it finally was back in stock I asked if there was ANYTHING you could do as far as a discount after all the BS I was put thru, & Kings Road would NOT give any sort of discount, etc. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

I love the vinyl, love the quality, BUT. I have to give this experience 2/5 stars. It took 10 MONTHS to get the vinyl. I’m giving an extra star because I was at least grateful for Kings Road emailing me with updates. But seriously, 10 months with no real explanation for the delays?

Hello, these Thrice LPs took much longer than anyone anticipated for them to be pressed. Unfortunately, with vinyl, we're at the mercy of the pressing plants and nearly all vinyl pressing plants were dealing with massive delays. Especially when Covid was hitting hard which is when this record was meant to be pressed. Every time the label gave us an update they received from the pressing plant we'd send out an email to the customers to keep them in the loop with the latest info we had and as soon as we received these records we shipped them all out right away. We hope you're enjoying the record now that you have it in your hands. Thank you.
