“Generally things work well, it’s easy to order from Kings Road and stuff arrives when you say it will. I wish there were download cards with vinyl records. Shopping seems high as well.”

“I have not had any issues ever. Quick delivery fair prices. Only time I’ve had one issue. I received a zip up with screen printing glue all over it. Been trying to wash it out.”

“I received my order fairly quickly and I am satisfied with all but 1 of my items. The poster is so blurry it resembles the graphics of GTA Vice City. This is one of my most favorite bands so I was disappointed with that product in particular.”

“Ordered the bad religion “ain’t life a mystery” bundle. Got a “no control” shirt and a “against the grain” coffee mug. Price was good, shipping was good, but the mug got ruined in the dish washer. I didn’t see anywhere on the site where it said mug was not dishwasher safe, so kind of a bummer. So probably wouldn’t get anything like a mug or “dish ware” like that again.”

“Most times the merch is high quality, the shipping is quick, and the process is painless, but every so often an order of mine gets screwed up. They've shown a lot of improvement over the last few years and most of my orders have been successful.”

“I'm happy with it. I almost got the clockwork orange inspired one, but the 3 eyed one really called to me. They fit well, feel alright. If I had a complaint, the stickers were a little small but they still stick to stuff all the sane. Thanks”

“Descendents Suburban Home Welcome Mat - This was on preorder but expected delivery times were accurate and I was kept informed as soon as it was shipped. Mat is a little thinner than expected but graphic is good quality and we still love it.”

“I love purchasing from Kings Road, however the website is lacking. Account login should prominent on the home page with easy access to password reset and it should function to allow you to set your password. My last transaction in this regard, didn't work as expected. Secondly, the navigation menu could use some more fields (i.e. band selection, merch types, etc.) for more specific searching/categorization and personal account. It would be cool if account information was available; previous orders and current order statuses.”

“The quality of the items is excellent. I'm giving 4 stars because the communication with kings road merch left something to be desired. Over 2 weeks passed between the time I'd placed my order and the time it shipped and I was met largely with silence when I reached out to inquire. Eventually everything arrived and I'm very happy.”
