“You have a great store great products. Good band selections. Delivery is always on time. The only thing is you have many great products that I would buy out of stock but I constantly check to see if their in , you need to restock your inventory. Your prices are very good”

“The tshirt seems of decent quality but it runs very small. Size up one if not 2 sizes! I had to exchange for a bigger size, which was an easy process to do, just had to pay for shipping for the exchange.”

“Service is great as per. My only bugbear is that when vinyl is shipped as sealed, it usually gets seam splits which damages the vinyl sleeves. As I'm based in the UK and order from the US to a PO Box, it's a pain to try and return the items so I just make do”

“It’s exactly what I was expecting! Not better, not worse. The print stayed on after a wash, the material feels like a normal t-shirt; maybe a little stiff. But I like it a lot, it’s a shirt that I can just wear casually while also repping Frank. It feels tasteful. I would definitely buy more merch from here.”

“I wasn’t thrilled that the record I ordered was pretty loosely packed in there. It was nearly completely out of the sleeve when I opened it. There didn’t appear to be any scratches but some shrink wrap and more packing material would go a long way.”

“Most of my orders have been fine. Shipping is a bit expensive. There was trouble with a shirt I ordered (defective) and they were quick to email back and let us pick another one.”

“Everything's cool with items in order. Actually you used to ship to Russian Federation and it was fine, but i had to order you stuff via 3rd party company that ships to Russia last time, cause i couldn't do it from your store. It was a really big dissapointment cause it cost twice the delivery. Hope you guys will work with Russia again in the future cause i really like your stuff and your bands. Thanks.”

“Ordered a poster. Shipped in sturdy tube but poster was just rolled and placed in tube. Poster should atleast be wrapped in some sort of craft paper to avoid dings and dents. For me as a collector this is unacceptable, especially considering how much money is being spent.”

“Ordered Bad Religion hat with blacked out wordmark on front and blacked out crossbuster on back of hat. Hat arrived and crossbuster logo on back was the regular one, not blacked out. This isn't a huge deal, but I don't think it's too much to ask to make sure that the product in the photos is the same one that gets packaged before you send it out.”
