“Love the designs on this hoodie and this T-shirt. The sleeves on the jacket, though, are a little narrow. That makes it slightly uncomfortable. I do like how long it is. It comes down past my waist. The T-shirt is great.”

“Kings Road does great work on purchasing and delivery. My only qualm is when I preorder an album, I don't get the digital files sent to me on release, I usually have to email separately to get them.”

Hello, not every album we sell comes with a digital download. If it does, it will be noted in the description of the item in the store. The Dropkick Murphys album you pre-ordered does not come with a download. Thank you for your order, we appreciate your business.

“I've ordered from your company several times and my only complaint is how you package vinyl records. I ordered 2 Liz Phair records and they were packaged poorly and the corners were damaged and the inner record sleeves tore. Your packaging for clothing is fine but your records could be packed a little better.”

“Really good selection, and quality shirts. On occasion the designs are off center, but not a huge deal. Shipping is a bit much, but what hasn't. I have enjoyed every shirt I have gotten from them - unique and creative.”

Thanks for the positive-ish review. It's fair to note that rates were for a 5lb package going from LA to the east coast and it comes directly from the shipping services. We also refunded the shipping because we had a stock discrepancy, so you got the shirt refund and all of the shipping back for the inconvenience. We do occasional free shipping promotions, but we aren't Amazon. Gotta pay those shipping costs AND royalties to the artists, too!

“Shipping of the items is great. My only request is that digital files of the whole album are sent on the day the album comes out. Currently, if I preorder an album, I get the single(s) at the time of purchase emailed to me, but I don't get the full album emailed upon release. I have had to send an email myself, which isn't a huge issue, it would just be easier if it was automatic.”
