“I recently purchased three vinyl albums. Two were previously released and one was a preorder. I received the digital downloads right away from the released albums and a few singles from the preorder. However, I never received the digital download once the preorder was released. I waited until I the albums were physically received to reach out and ask to have the digital files sent to me once I found there was no download code in the album. It took a few days but I was eventually sent a link to download the album.”

“The only issue I have had is with the download links for the albums. The links have not worked when I use them. Customer service responds within a day and sends new links. However, those have not worked either. Other than that issue, I have been pleased with the service and the merchandise.”

“Overall good experience. Product arrived safely with nothing broken or damaged and works as intended. I wasn’t given a tracking number/service which was annoying, as the package arrived on a rainy day, and I could have arranged someone to pick it up so it would not have sat in the rain all day.”

“Every time I've ordered from KRM it's come in a timely fashion and the only time there was an exception, an email was sent. But there are never emails sent when the items are shipped or no tracking numbers provided.”

“UPDATE: I received a prompt response to this review and they said they just identified an issue with them not receiving messages through the web site and they never got my messages. They also gave me a discount code to use in the future. I appreciate the prompt response and good customer service. I was also informed that they recently updated their warehouse system which caused some delays. I will probably give ordering from Kings Road another shot. I am happy with my purchase, but shipping was incredibly slow. I ordered on April 9th and did not receive my package until the 26th. When I went to check the status of my shipment (I understand that shipping carriers are frequently to blame), my order said that it was unable to retrieve tracking information and to contact customer service. I sent two messages using the link several days apart and I never received a response for either one from Kings Road. I'm glad I finally got my package, but I'm not happy with the lack of response. Probably will not order from here again because of this.”

“Quality hoody, screening is well done. Size was inaccurate. I ordered and received an XL, but it was really small. It fits like a large medium. A note that they run small would be good.”

“The Social Distortion shirt I got was fantastic! Nice and soft cotton. XL but felt bigger which I liked. Shipping took a little bit longer than expected but I don't hold too much judgment because I know COVID is making everything difficult out there in LA. Overall the experience I had with KRM was solid, payment came right out and was processed that day. Will definitely shop with them in the future.”
