“I have always been pleased with my orders but had not ordered vinyl before. My beautiful record arrived in pristine shape! Good job guys! My only concern was that I was unable to track my last order. Shipping to Canada is really high and I think you could do better because other orders I’ve made from California have been 1/4 the cost. In any case, KRM do a fantastic job!”

“Loved what I received, but sad no one could help me add something to the order before it shipped out. I would have loved to get another item, but when I contacted the store, they just said it couldn’t be done. It would have been helpful to just cancel/reorder so I wouldn’t have to pay for shipping twice.”

“The shirts I rec’d were true to size and very soft. We are thrilled with them. I didn’t give 5 stars cause I sent an email thru the “contact us” portion after I placed an order and never heard back. That is a true letdown and reflects poorly on the customer service.”

“Got the gear that was preordered in a timely manner. I appreciate the items you sell. One thing that I would change would be to list what brands are used on shirts. I know how Gilden shirts fit but the soft stuff tends to be slimmer and often don’t know which I’m ordering.”

“I ordered the hank Williams only mother’s best 3xLP on the website it was stated that the records were 180 gram. When they arrived this was not the case. Definitely not 180 gram more like 140-150 gram. But everything else was superb”

“Kings Road have a great selection of Social Distortion 40th anniversary swag. The long-sleeve shirt fit perfect, the graphics are great. I will check out some other designs that caught my eye. The sunglasses are awesome too. Received my order in about a week with snail mail first class. Not bad from Cali to South Central Canada.”

“Fast shipping. Google Pay resulted in error and didn't work. PayPal did work but the address from it wasn't automatically used to prefill the shipping address for some reason even though this is done for you on other shopping websites, so had to enter it manually.”
