“The shirt and record I purchased for my son are amazing. He's so happy with them. However, I'm not happy with the 3 limit download on the album. The instructions with a failure are misleading. They state that you will get help only to tell you to try again. We did get it downloaded, but it took a very long time and we have excellent internet service and a great router. It took my fiance, who high up in IT for a midsized healthcare nonprofit, to get it done. In the future I think I'll purchase music elsewhere.”

“I loved the products I ordered; top quality, proper fitting, etc. I paid for 2-day shipping, but it took about 10 days to get delivered, which missed getting to my grandson for his birthday. His mom called dibs on the shirt, when he outgrows it, lol!”

“Ive only ordered from here once that i remember. Hence 4 stars. No one gets a 5 on the first order. Shopping was easy, and the delivery was timely. I had to wait longer then what was said, but i ordered during Xmas and the site stated up front deliveries might take longer than expected, so all was well. The merch arrived in excelent condition and im now proudly wearing my Watain hoodie for all to see. Poster flag is of good quality and large. Well satisfied.”

“Love the short sleeve Santa/Jacoby shirt. The long sleeve one is stiff and uncomfortable because of the thickness of all the iron-on, wish it was silk screened instead.”

“Not sure if it's Kings Road's fault, but there's a 1 inch torn on the lower left side of the sleeve and a smaller one on the top left. Also, there's a small stain in the middle of the front sleeve, and a few less notable stains at the bottom. Everything else seemed ok.”
