“Only in German. Ware ist qualitativ gut. Ware ist in Deutschland so nicht verfügbar, daher habe ich in den Staaten bestellt. Also Artikel Okay! Absolutes NoGo! - Über 30€ Zoll + Nachentgelt in Deutschland 12,48€ Zoll und weitere Gebühren sind höher als Artikelpreis. Geht eigentlich gar nicht! T-Shirt kostet insgesamt jetzt ca. 75€ :-(”

“Ordering from them was not easy -It took a few tries to figure out how to get around the error on the page Shipping cost was way too high and I reconsidered my purchase since the first order had a more fair value including the shipping -Shipping was ontime and it was nice to have a tracking number Value of merch this time was much lower than my previous order -A new T-shirt and a sticker with shipping for over $30?!!! This is the last time I consider a blind bag orderwith them.”

“The circle jerks grab bag was fine, but I thought there would be vintage merch and something besides just a 2024 tour t shirt and a sticker. Don’t believe the hype I guess. Seems kind of phoned in to me…I won’t be ordering that again but it’s still an ok shirt.”

“Mystery bag was very underwhelming. Especially with all of the allure from the advertising. Won’t be buying mystery bags from this site again. I received a tour shirt from a tour I didn’t attend and a sticker. I was more excited to get the sticker. Next time I’ll just buy a sticker.”

Hello, you seem to have received exactly what was promised in this Goodie Bag. It was noted that every bag would receive one shirt, long sleeve or hoodie plus a possible piece of ultra rare memorabilia. The ultra rare memorabilia items were inserted into random orders. Thank you.

Hello, your package arrived in Mexico about a week ago. It's not uncommon for packages to reach the delivery country and take an additional few weeks to actually be delivered to the customer by the local post office. Unfortunately, this is not something we have any control over. The tracking shows your order is still in transit so everything seems fine. If it's been a couple more weeks and you still don't have your package, please reach out to our customer service about your order.

“I ordered a Descendents shirt and coffee mug. The shirt is great as they usually are from Kings Road but the coffee mug is of terrible quality. After one use and wash the color and design are flaking off.”

“The package got here relatively quick but the CD came damaged. I tried to email about it and I received a response but when I tried to send proof of the damage the email refused to send— It said the servers were down but when I tried to send a brand new message to the same email it still said the servers were down, so now I’m down by fifteen dollars and I’m not sure what to do.”

Hello, our shipping rates are generated based on the weight of the package and the shipping method chosen by the customer. It looks like you placed your order on 12/14. We had a notice up in the store that all orders placed after 12/13 would not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. However, we still shipped your order a few days after it was placed and it arrived to you before Christmas on 12/22. We appreciate the order and hope you are enjoying the items you received. “Shipping was great, quality of this nearly $100 flannel wos not up to par, descendents image was screen printed on the back and really for the price should be embroidered. The plaid was a little boring and the weight was very light, I expected a coat like flannel for this price.”

“Quality of merch is fine. Delivery is questionable. I get pre orders just garantee the purchase, however I also believe they should show up on time, not a week or more after release date. I have had this issue a couple of times through here. Pre ordered 1349 from a different distributer, got it one or two days early. Tthat is great service.”

Hello, if any items are delayed we send emails to anyone who ordered it and let them know about the delay. Pre-orders for albums are unpredictable sometimes but as long as we receive them ahead of the release date from the distributor or label we ship them out to customers early with the intent of everyone having them on the release date. “Happy with the item I received, but I also ordered the Jane Doe Sherpa, which was not shipped (because it somehow sold out AFTER I purchased it). I was charged full price and while I was refunded accordingly, this is the second time that I've ordered the Sherpa and it has been "sold out" despite being available for purchase on the site. Kind of lame; appreciated the refund though”

Hello, this item was actually a pre-order as noted in the description for this item in the store. We were told we'd have these in stock already but they've been delayed by the manufacturer. Before we got to the original ship date for this item we sent out an email to all customers who had pre-ordered to alert them of the delay. We expect to have them in stock soon and will be shipping out orders right away once they arrive. Thank you!
