Kings Road Merch has great quality merchandise and shipping, even international, is pretty quick, which is why I tend to keep coming back (despite the undesirably high international shipping costs to Canada, seeing as there is no Canadian store for any of my favourite artists and I must purchase from the US store). However, customer service definitely requires some improvement, as well as the technological side of things (such as the website). I am unable to log into my account or check any order statuses, because the website insists my account does not exist, however if I try to recreate my account, it tells me an account with that email address already exists. I reached out on the website/through email and received no response, and when I reached out on Facebook, all they did was tell me to login using a different browser--I had already tried 3 different browsers and 2 different devices. When I explained this, I received no response at all, and I still cannot log into my account.

I ordered and received a Jeff Hanneman guitar. Unfortunately, I ordered the Hanneman Heineken guitar and received the Raiders guitar instead. I never received a message saying I wasn’t going to get the one I ordered and also never received a reply when I emailed them to complain. I will definitely hesitate to order from them again. I gave them 3 stars because of the fact that it is a quality product. Just not the one I ordered.

Hello, you must have ordered the Jeff Hanneman guitar from a different company, we don't carry that item in any of our stores. It looks like the product you ordered from us was a Cannibal Corpse hat. We hope you're enjoying that item though. Thanks!

I am quite happy and satisfied with my recent order from kings road. I didn’t give it a 5/5 for two reasons. The hockey jersey size was much bigger than a typical jersey(I’m Canadian I have a bunch) I wish the sizing would’ve been clearer. Typically I wear an XL and with that jersey I could’ve easily gone with a Medium instead. Secondly I hated how long it took to be delivered, however it was clearly communicated it wouldn’t deliver until January so at least it didn’t come as a surprise, still sucks though. I will order from kings road again in the future.

The stuff I ordered I like the only problem is it took over a month to get to me and I ordered a bad religion cup and a bad religion toucan. I got a descendants cup not a bad religion cup, so my order was messed up.

My name is Ryan Riser. I really enjoy buying stuff from you guys. And you have great stuff. The only big problem I have is that you guys are impossible to get a hold of when there is a problem!! Nobody ever answers the phone# you provided and nobody answers the customer service email! It's all very frustrating cuz while your stuff is good it is also very expensive!!!- Thanks for reading!!

I loved the idea for the lady support shirt, but the shirt itself isn’t very comfy. It’s stiff and a bit rough, but I’d still have ordered it no matter what. But a soft one would be better

I've ordered twice from KRM. The first order came in with little trouble, if I remember correctly. The second order was an awful experience. The pressing plant had delays, which I understand, but considering the date kept getting set multiple times over, and when missed, no one received any email update to let them know that is unacceptable. The only way I knew what was going on was to constantly message customer service on the date it was supposed to ship and got scant responses with very little info. To add insult to injury, it was already known before that date that the pressing had been pushed back time after time, and still no communication to customers. I truly hope the experience getting the White Trash preorder isn't the same, or I may never buy another record through KRM again. I'm also really keeping my fingers crossed on this one, because I love so many bands that you sell for. Please please please come through on this one.

I don't know if you have choice in the matter, but my The Locust "Safety 2nd, Body Last" vinyl was shipped inside the sleeve. This caused seam splits on all three sides and the inner protective sleeve was also messed up. The corners were fine, so it wasn't a handling issue.

Merchandise was great, never had any issues there. For the most part, shipping has been prompt. Shipping costs, however are very unreasonable. For one order i have placed i just ordered a few patches. shipping the patches cost more than the price of the patches themselves. Outrageous. There is nothing special about the shipping specifications. I feel like this is some graft going on. It would also be good to know how much, if any, of the price gets back to the bands.

I ordered a vinyl and while it arrived seemingly unscathed and placed in a typical record mailer but not best kind of thicker record mailer... it arrived with split edges on the sleeve and inner sleeve on multiple sides... suggesting it wasn't handled very well but as I stated the package seemed fine on the outside so it makes you wonder if it were shipped that way from the beginning or mishandled by underpaid worker... yet I have to wonder if a better record mailer would have prevented this and rather than say anything or complain and be petty i took a chance and bought a second one hoping it would come in immaculate condition.. which surprisingly it did.... but because of their no refunds or exchanges on cosmetically damaged vinyl albums I just looked at it as an opportunity to have one mint and one to abuse... but yeah I'm not really happy having to deal with kings road to buy albums from one of my favorite record labels... I think they could upgrade their vinyl packaging... but as an avid online shopper I understand why they have that policy... and I wouldn't have said anything at all including this review... except I was sent an email to give feed back so here it is...

Tshirt was awesome, shipping took a long time though. When I emailed to ask over it after some time, I didn’t receive a direct response. Instead, I got a shipping notice. Wouldn’t want to order again, just because of that. Nothing wrong with the tshirt I ordered.

Used to be great. Then I emailed them to let them know a price was printed wrong on their website and got a rude response. And you also used to be able to combine shipping from stores and they no longer do that so I'm probably not going to shop there anymore.
