“I had ordered the Shipping Up To Boston Raglan on the website, and was charged promptly. After a few days I received and email saying they had sold out of these and the refunded my payment. They overall experience was disappointing, but they were honest about letting me know they didn't have the product, and refunded it before I even got my first email from them. Good business practices, but just a disappointing situation. Unfortunately I guess, these are the times we are in. I will still continue to order from them, I always enjoy supporting the boys any chance I get.”

“I ordered a vinyl record that included a free MP3 download. The digital download link did not work and I had to reach out to get a new one. The record was shipped on February 10 and I didn't receive it until March 5. It was clearly the USPS' fault but still part of the experience. The record I received sounds extremely scratchy and full of static. I've tested against other records and it's the only one with that problem. Pretty disappointed as I really love the record and would love to listen to it on vinyl but the sound is awful. Pretty disappointed.”

“Ehhh I feel the shipping is way to expensive especially when they lost your package in the mail to. Long story short I did contact them but it felt it took forever to send it.”

“Everything takes too much time. From the point of order , to the order being prepared , along with being shipped and receiving. If you want to wait one month for an order within North America , Kings Road is the place for you. I’ve also placed a $300 + order once which took more than 3 weeks for Kings Road to even look at . I cancelled it because clearly nobody cared.”

Hey John- you live in Timmons, Ontario. Your order over the US Thanksgiving holiday shipped within 3 business days, but if you want to pin the delivery delays on us, it's a free world but the USPS to Canada post delays (and any international mail) was slow worldwide. We can't control those perceptions, but the facts are different. Your $300 order had 3 items that were on active backorder at the time, so your cancellation 3 weeks later wasn't because we didn't care, it's just that in September of 2020, we had the pleasure of dealing with COVID. If someone on our team told you we didn't care, they were wrong, but i have a sneaking suspicion that wasn't the case. Take care, stay healthy and keep on keepin on.

“The trice album I got plays good and all that, but the color is like no existent in it. It's just clear with like 2 whisps of color if you hold it at the right light. absolutely nothing like the picture in the pre-order.”

Hey Emily, Unfortunately, record pressing plants around the world are beyond capacity and serverely backed up. We have been working to get these records delivered to us as quickly as possible and once they were we shipped them out immediately. The tracking shows your package was delivered to your front door. If you ever have issues in the future with anything you order from KRM feel free to message us at support@kingsroadmerch.com and we'll take care of you. “The vinyl looks great but the hat is disappointing for the price. The photo makes it look like it's a thicker material with more shape like the nicer snapback hats that are around the same price.”

“I'm a pop punk fan who is 6'3 and lift weights I need a 3XL shirt most Band don't have my size but sometimes they do but then after 2 weeks I get a email saying they sold out of my size lol so I got a refund without asking so that was cool”

“Cool shirt; pretty comfy. Didn’t receive the second shirt I ordered, and not a fan of the fact that they didn’t inform me that that shirt was out of stock until I reached out. But at I received a refund. All and all, acceptable brand.”

“Kings Road has been a merch company that I've had several opportunities to order through. They seem to do great at site creation and hosting for various bands, while the actual customer care can vary at best. I was having technical difficulties with the site just a few months ago and never received a response or clarification as to why I may have been challenged technologically. Anyhow, my most recent order was a success and shipped surprisingly fast. I couldn't be more satisfied, and I'm likely to order from Kings Road again.”

“Normally I'd give you guys a 5 star rating, as I've never had an issue after several purchases. Thus time however the website wouldn't let me package items from multiple artists. Tech support was not able to resolve the issue. I missed out on items that were both on sale, and in stock. I ended up getting one item from one artist as it was a gift, but am still upset I missed out on other stuff. The shipping is just too much to make multiple transactions for every item, despite my temptation to do so. The jacket I bought, however, is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! The quality was incredible, it looks great, and the fit was even better. 10/10 on that particular item.”
