“They have several good products. Shipping is pretty fast but no email or tracking info sent when it is shipped or delivered. I have to pick it up from a box so this would be very helpful. Also, I emailed customer service with a question and they never got back to me. I thought that was very poor. Can’t answer any questions about delivery because I have no idea because I had no way of tracking it.”

“I wish when I ordered 2 of the same record you guys would send me both of them instead of me having to message you guys saying you only sent me one of the two items I ordered. This is happened to me about for five times over the past year and a half now but you guys have always message right back and re-sent the other item that I didn’t receive. I just feel that you guys have a lot of oversight that is being looked there and could probably save a little bit more money if you guys just slow down and process the orders like you’re supposed to I don’t understand why always have to write it seems like one out of every three orders you guys mess up of mine again you guys always do take care of it but it is really annoying having to message you just about every other time that you guys have messed up my order. thank you again for always taking care of it. You guys asked for a survey so I’m just trying to help you guys out thanks again for all the great items and records over the years Dan Dahlberg”

“Items arrived quickly, order was correct, everything was as described. The flannel i ordered was scratchier on the inside than the last flannel, but hopefully after washing it will become softer.”

“Love the bag I bought. The long sleeved unisex shirt runs on the small side. I am 5'6" and I will not be able to dry the medium shirt I purchased. Otherwise, loved the selection and promotion.”

“Order shipped quickly and arrived on time, but one item was incorrect. I ordered a Midnight Bell Embroidered Patch: https://kingsroadmerch.com/midnight/view/?id=16408&cid=3330 I received a Midnight Bell Die Cut Patch: https://kingsroadmerch.com/midnight/view/?id=16410&cid=3330 It's close, just not what I ordered or wanted. It's an understandable mistake, I just don't like patches with thin parts because they never stay on without sewing them down. Still cool, and I love the band, so it's not a big deal.”

“I bought some of the new Frank Iero merch. The merch itself is, as ever, fantastic and Kings Road sends it out well packed and very quickly. However, a star is dropped because I wish the EU/UK store had the same content as the US store. It’s bad enough that there is a ridiculous amount of shipping to pay which doubles the order, but when it gets to the UK we then have to pay an additional £8 customs fee for outside of EU packages. That’s not even the worst of it - the post office charges a ridiculous £11 to hold on to it and stick a card through the door! (Which they would do for free if I wasn’t in the day it arrived!). Please, Kings Road, add all merch to all stores - I’d buy more if it were easily available and I’m sure I’m not the only one.”

“I had ordered a signed CD and shirt bundle previously and it never showed up. The staff was great and got me a refund promptly. So, I decided to try another order. I got my shirt and button pack on time. However, the tracking stopped working after it left their warehouse.”
