“jacket was amazing but size too small I shipped out the jacket already, so hopefully I'll get a size larger or refund.”

“I’ve ordered a number of times from Kings Road. Products have always been as expected. The time to ship after placing the order seems to take a little longer than some places. However, we now live in a world with Amazon and our shipping expectations are high. I had an order recently where the wrong items were shipped but they corrected it asap. I’ll continue to order from them as most of my favorite bands sell their official merchandise through Kings Road.”

“The ordered shirt was great and as described. It took a very long time between order and shipping and I would like to see that improve. However, when I was upset that it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas, you guys stepped up and made it happen. I am very grateful for that. Thank you!”

“Excellent product, fast delivery, my only small comment would be regarding the delivery company that was used - they left my package (collector's edition worth 250$) outside my door without even ringing the doorbell (we were home) or asking for a signature and the package was clearly not handled with care, the book inside 8s very slightly bent on one corner such that you couldn't call it "mint" condition. I realise this is somewhat out of Kings Road Merch's control but I took off a star for this reason - for a collector's item of that value it should maybe have been marked fragile and a signature required. Otherwise it was a beautiful book and gift that was much appreciated.”

“Product was great! My item did not ship when it was supposed to and when I emailed asking when it would be shipped the only response I got was that I would get an email when I did. I did not get an email when it shipped and was surprised when I saw it on my doorstep. It was only about a week late though and the product was lovely.”
