Slow processing and shipping. Very very high shipping charges. Delays. More delays. But they have what I want, so end up dealing with it.

Normally, no problems, love KR! Received damaged record, and my girlfriend ordered Transplants haunted cities vinyl, but was out of stock and not notified until shipped! I'll continue to shop KR, only place to get merch from lots of our favorites!..🤘😎-- Wayno

Not happy ! Received my order 6 january 2020. 2 gifts normaly for my husband T-Jacoby shirt of Christmas 2019 🙄.And the other one is Cream not Withe ( Elevate long sleeve).....Im up set beacause you start your Pre-Order 30 nov and you ship to late for customer receive at the right time for Christmas. Start earlyer 1 Novembre to Pre-sale and ship not more 1 DEC. Is not my first time I buy Papa roach merch .But is my first time you scrap my Chritsmas time. Buy the way quality of d Christmas shirt was really good but 2019 is a bit no cool .... Christmas 2020 a don't think so my husband want put T- shrit Jacoby 2019...Sorry im french Canadian my english was not good.Nathalie

The logo was not centred on the shirt properly. Noticeable off to one side. Frustrating because I'm in Canada and it's expensive and takes some I'm with international mail.

The shirt I ordered had a different design on the back than what was advertised. It was still nice though. My order was a preorder and was supposed to ship Dec 10. However, it didn’t ship until December 27. Also I didn’t receive any sort of notice that my shirt was actually shipped.

It took 10 days before they even shipped the Merch. And then I did not even get a tracking number to know where my order was. Will not buy with this website again.

It's been a month I placed my order and still nothing. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift but it feel more like a scam. Very disappointed that bands I love endorse this service. I would absolutely not recommend and will need to find how to claim my refund.

My $45 4LP set came damaged in the mail. In my opinion, this was caused at least in part by a poor packaging job for a 4LP set. I contacted Kings Road twice to try and remedy the situation. The first response didn’t answer my question at all, but instead told me to look at the FAQ. The FAQ was confusing, so I sent in a second inquiry looking for clarity. Th second response informed me that Kings Road is not responsible for vinyl records being damaged while being shipped. Perhaps you should improve your packaging methods then - especially when shipping 4LP sets. The experience overall made me feel like I wasted my money and wasn’t appreciated as a customer. Even the design of this survey makes me feel that you are blaming mail carriers. If you have to ask who shipped the product and if the product was damaged, you clearly have identified a problem. Look in the mirror before pointing a finger. Invest in better packaging.

Order turn around was disappointing, but the product was good. I ordered on December 10 and paid $40+ for overnight shipping. My order didn't ship until December 17, but it did arrive on the 18th, so that does qualify as overnight. I rushed the shipping because I needed the product quickly, but paying for rushed shipping didn't pay for faster processing, which was a bummer.

I never got a single message about my order after the confirmation email. I contacted King's Road Merch about this, but that didn't change anything. They also completely ignored it when I brought up how I felt ripped off by their over-priced shipping charges. My order took forever to ship, which is unacceptable given the fact that the amount I paid for shipping was almost half as much as the item itself costs. It gets 2 stars only because the product itself, a coffee mug, was very nice.

1st, the tube caps weren't taped. The cap was pushed in against the corner of the print. 2nd, the print wasn't rolled with kraft paper. Print has damaged corners, a distinct bend, and edge wear. Terrible and lazy job of packaging a high value print.

I've said it before, but Kings Road Merch will never see another penny from me. Not through their website, anyway. I hesitantly gave them another chance because I didn't know that I could (pre)order the Tribulation DVD from Century Media, and half-suspected that maybe most of the problems with preorders were exclusive to WolfWear. Big mistake! I ended up waiting weeks AFTER it was released to receive my copy, tried to email them to cancel my order and received no response. It ultimately took me contacting them on Facebook for them to ship my order, and each exchange took place hours apart from the last. Once it finally shipped, the delivery ended up being delayed twice. While that wasn't directly their fault, it probably wouldn't have happened if they just shipped it when it was SUPPOSED to be shipped. Tribulation and Watain are two of my favorite bands, but they really need to get a better distributor. One that doesn't send merch of downsized and piss-poor quality that's totally different from what's advertised. That doesn't send you the wrong shirt purely out of spite for criticizing your previous incompetence (assuming they even read my criticism to begin with). That actually takes the time to respond to emails and phone calls and doesn't take hours to respond to you on Facebook (the fact they actually did respond at all for once is the reason why I gave two stars, but only because 1 1/2 stars isn't an option). Really a shame. They actually did pretty good when I first ordered from them when they first bought out WolfWear, even gave me a discount coupon to make up for a mistake in my order. In short, I've been way more forgiving of KRM than they deserve. Never again.

Shipping took a little longer than I expected and when it was finally shipped, there was no tracking number. Once we received the item, it was the wrong size. I ordered a 2XL and received a Large. It was a gift for my husband who can't wear a Large. Now we have to ship it back and wait even longer to, hopefully, get the right size.

Heads up! It took 18 days to receive my 1 beanie and pair of socks, and that's with me paying for shipping! I realize it's the holidays but they really should step it up.
