“If smaller labels can get releases to my door step on the correct day (unless delayed) why is is always an issue w kings road? Your EU branch works well and customers seem to get albums on release days.”

Hello, we actually shipped out your order 3 days before the release date of that album. Unfortunately, we can't control how long USPS takes to deliver the package. I see you chose media mail shipping which is the slowest method, we do offer other shipping options if you'd like the carrier to deliver the package quicker next time. Thank you for your order!

“I'll start out by saying the recent item I received is really nice and of great quality (Frank Iero Yeti Mug). There were delays, and that's fine because I know there were issues with quality and whatnot with the first batch. The reason for my rating though is because I had to reach out via email to check to find this information out myself instead of it being communicated to me. I have friends as well who preordered this mug and they all seemed to get an offer via email with a discount code to use in the store when KingsRoad Merch found out there would be a delay. I received no such offer myself though.”

Hello Dalton, The CD you purchased released on 6/11 and we shipped your CD on 6/8 - unfortunately with the media mail shipping that was chosen it just takes the USPS a bit longer to deliver those packages so it arrived after the 6/11 street date. We shipped out the orders for this CD as soon as the CDs arrived to our warehouse. We're sorry you didn't received your download for the CD - we'll go ahead and email that to you now. Thank you!

“My download code didn't work. I sent an email to Kings Road support, but did not hear back. The vinyl shipment went well, though. It just feels unacceptable to not receive a reply to a reported issue.”

“Shipping is generally late, and the shipping fee is ten times higher than every other company out there. Further, tracking can rarely be pulled, which is not what I expect when I pay $17 to ship a record and a shirt. The only thing going for KRM is that they exclusively stock my favorite band. Sizing is off in women’s merch, half the unisex shirts fit oddly in the sleeves.”

“I wanted to give a T-shirt as a Mothers Day gift, but delays on your part made that impossible (package arrived 8 days after Mothers Day). I was hoping the material used to make the shirt would be heavier/thicker. The collar is small/thin and overall the product was not worth the price. I suggest that if you are going to overcharge for a T-shirt you should at least provide a quality product.”

Hello Jason, The shirt you ordered was a pre-order for 5/8 and once we knew we wouldn't have these shirts on time, we sent an email out that you were included on. That email stated that these were delayed in shipping out. We shipped this out as soon as we could but things are just a bit backed up with everything going on. “I was looking forward to getting some cool, unexpected shirts in the Mystery Pack, but I think I was just sent ones that were weird sizes and sale items that couldn't sell. I ordered the Medium pack, and, although your products usually sized well, one shirt is super tight like a muscle shirt and the other is HUGE. I'm going to try to wash it on hot but am doubtful it will shrink enough to really be a medium. I know there are no returns on the Mystery Pack, and we're not guaranteed specific designs, but I thought I could at least count on the sizing being accurate. So this seems to just be a sneaky way to get rid of your misprinted/ mis-sized shirts.”

“The XL fits like a large so the xl is a small xl. The material is super thin and very cheap feeling. For the amount of money spent the quality is way below what I expected. Not very happy with my purchase at all. Feels like a $15 hoodie sold for $60. Shipping was way too much at over $15. I purchase from band websites because they normally sell better quality items than box stores. Not this one though, would have got a thicker, better quality hoodie from hot topic if I knew how cheaply this one was made.”

“Cancelled half my order. Didn't tell me about it or that they shipped the rest of my order at full shipping cost still until a week after they shipped it- the day before it arrived at my house. I emailed them saying I wouldn't have placed the order for this if they had let me know the item I really wanted was out of stock- the other was just to lower the shipping cost per LP. I waited a month for them to respond before contacting you here.”
