Bad experience. I ordered over $100 worth of merch as a Christmas gift for my bf on Dec. 6th. It never came, which made feel horrible, and on top of that the company was unresponsive until Jan 20th when I started commenting about my issue on their Facebook posts. They also deleted my comments from facebook which I think is super shady.

It's understandable that shipping can be late but my record was nearly 6 months late due to problems with receiving the record color. Everyone of my friends received the vinyl long ago. I also had a problem with my Lar Frederiksen vinyl color being canceled and received a grey one instead. I'd likely not ever use this as a site to pre order vinyl records again.

Hello, the Thrice record that you pre-ordered took much longer for the pressing plant to manufacture than anyone expected. There were repeated pressing delays that were completely out of our hands on that on that specific variant. Vinyl pressing times have been very unpredictable but as soon as we received those records we shipped them right out to all the customers who ordered them. The Lars Frederiksen records we were meant to receive never arrived and we were sent a different variant instead. We emailed all customers to alert them of this before we shipped those out and told everyone we'd be shipping out a different color variant and gave everyone the option to get a refund instead of the record if they'd like. These situations are both very rare and we're sorry your orders were caught up in those issues. If there's anything else we can help you out with please feel free to reach out. Thank you.

This is the worst merch company ever! I ordered two things from dropkick murphys. Got one but not the other. Was told I will resend you the missing item. Never got the missing item but got some bogus items. Then messaged them back. Then come to find out the item is out of stock a month and a half after I ordered it. Will never use again to order dkm merch which is sad because my husband really loves the murphys

Hello, unfortunately, we did not have the patch you ordered or any other patches in stock that we could send you so we sent you the sticker you ordered and refunded you for the patch. Since we did not catch the out of stock patch right away and it took a little longer than usual to issue the refund for that item we also sent you some other items in a second shipment completely free. We're sorry we didn't have the patch in stock, if we had any we'd have been more than happy to send you one. Thank you.

Don't bother pre-ordering from KRM. I only received half my order, emailed them, was told it was an oversight on their part and that I'd receive the hoodie shortly. Then was told it sold out after they failed to ship it. They refunded me automatically, but money isn't the issue. Basically, because an error was made by KRM in failing to send me what I ordered in the initial shipment, I'm out of luck.

Hello, apologies for the hoodie issue. We had a small inventory issue with that item. At the time you ordered the hoodie it showed we had a couple left in our system but they did not actually exist. Since there are no current plans to restock this hoodie we issued a refund for that item right away. Thank you.

Horribly disappointed. Ordered a hoodie on March 10th, still hasn't been delivered. Haven't heard anything from the company. You certainly took my money quick enough. I've filled out the where's my order form several times. Nothing. My last order with this company for sure.

I pre ordered 9th & Walnut LP (Sea Blue) in May and didn’t receive it until December. I kept seeing different colored variants at my local record shop which made me regret pre ordering this one. I understand that there was a delay on the manufacturers end, but kings road merch didn’t even really try to rectify it. A sticker or a 10% discount for next purchase would have been nice. It also pretty frustrating that they said it was limited to 2,000 copies, but it still up in the website for purchase.

Yes, this LP was delayed by the manufacturer and we emailed all customers to alert them of the delay to keep everyone in the loop as to when they could expect their order to arrive. The sea blue vinyl is limited to 2000 copies but it hasn't sold out yet so it's still available for purchase. Thank you.

I still haven’t received my Discharge picture disc. I ordered the bundle and paid for the bundle price, but only received the shirt. I’m not really satisfied with your company. I ordered the bundle early December. Still waiting.

Hello, we actually sent out a replacement for that missing picture disc back in January but after looking into this issue it seems like the USPS must have lost the package before ever scanning it into their system. Awful. Ordered an item that never arrived. I reached out for an update at least three times with no response until finally finding their Facebook profile a month later and messaged them there. A day or two later I was told the item isn’t in stock even though my order had been listed as in-transit. I requested a refund which, to their credit, did arrive the following day. Never again.

Yeah, that sucks. Those onesies were on backorder and what was normally a 2 week expectation - we've been waiting two months (the blanks just shipped to the printer 10 days ago). As you said, the refund was given. We always inform people of pre-order or backorder, and navigating these unexpected delays has resulted in some crappy situations. Hopefully we get you back someday. Hello, We shipped this order out back in early December but based on the tracking it looks like the USPS has just been moving this package around Los Angeles since then but it appears as if it might be finally heading towards its destination. We've just emailed you a link to track the package in case you didn't get that yet. They offered a discount and a free face to face flex record with a $50 purchase. They did not ship the flex record. I contacted support and they said they were out and end up sending me a cassette instead. Such a bait and switch. I am a member of the face to face fan page where no one received a fexi.

I was very disappointed by the bait and switch over the Face To Face Merch and FLEXI deal for Black Friday. We were completely lied to. I ordered merch that I already had just so I could get it. Not a single person in the Fans and Collectors group got one and I know we were 99% of the orders. As a consolation I get sent a cassette tape which of course I already bought. So not cool.

One of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. I placed a pre-order for Lars Frederiksen's To Victory on October 28th 2021. The album was due to be released on November 26th 2021. On November 3rd, I got an email saying that the special edition "splatter" I ordered was no longer available and they would be replacing it with a different color. Fine. On December 1st 2021, I finally got an email saying that my order shipped. 5 whole days AFTER the album was released. Did I mention that this was a PRE-ORDER??? In the meantime, completely unrelated, I ordered a record off of someone from the Czech Republic on Discogs. I am located in Canada. I got their shipment for a flat rate of $20 CAD a week and a half later. The order that I placed on October 28th, almost a full month BEFORE the album release, which shipped on December 1st, finally got here yesterday, January 4th 2022. EFFING RIDICULOUS. I can already hear the excuses... "The pressing plant this..." and "Postal service that..." BULLS... My local record store had the album on time (actually they had the "special edition" one that I was told was unavailable), so did countless others on social media (some of which had it in advance). FIX YOUR SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS PROBLEM!!! Your rates are WAY too high. When it costs more for shipping than the item you are ordering, it's a problem. Maybe look at an alternative such as NetParcel for shipping?? Until then, I will no longer be a customer.

I pre ordered a crop top sweater which didn’t show up on time or even ship on the belated shipping date. It shipped about a week after the changed date. The quality of the sweater is crappy and it looks like it was stitched and just ripped off the machine. There are white strings on the blue and black sweater just hanging around and the stitching is not straight at all. Very disappointed.. not to mention the bottom of the crop top looks like someone just scissored it as it’s not straight and strings feathering off everywhere.

We ordered a Frank Iero Parachutes LP in March of 2020. The album never arrived! After numerous attempts to contact customer service and getting absolutely no response, we are left out of pocket money and had a horrible experience with this company. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them ever!

Sent out an item that wasn’t even close to what the ordered item was supposed to look like. Didn’t offer any returns or refunds, literally just said here is something worse than we promised. Too bad.
