“Rated one star to get your attention. I’m personally not too broken up about it, but I wanted you to know a lot a lot of people hate KRM. I see people in the Fat Wreck and Descendents Facebook group all the time complaining about kings road. Everyone thinks the shipping prices are too high, and everybody complains about slow delivery / shipping. Again, I personally don’t think shipping time is too bad (it is expensive though), but I thought you should know the court of public opinion in general seems to be not in favor”

“Takes too long to get the item and the tracking number had problems. I love what you guys offer but it’s always an uncertainty if I’m going to get my package. Once upon a time I did an order to Peru it was a lot of time to get it and there was no tracking number and no response from the contact email. I think that now you guys have better process but that’s what I think of the company because of past occasions.. thank you”

Hello, we actually shipped out your order 3 days before the release date of that album. Unfortunately, we can't control how long USPS takes to deliver the package. I see you chose media mail shipping which is the slowest method, we do offer other shipping options if you'd like the carrier to deliver the package quicker next time. Thank you for your order!

“I ordered from this site and I was told that all of the merchandise would be received in three weeks as they were busy. I waited nine weeks for my order. When I called for help tracking these items over the NINE weeks I left several messages none of which were returned I ordered over $150 in merch and was still charged over $18 for shipping even after waiting NINE weeks. I will never use this site again and would not recommend it to anyone.”

“The record was a pre-order through the artist's website. The record arrived late and the download code doesn't work, the link provided is to an empty folder. King's Road Merch is unable or unwilling to resolve the issue. Their customer service did communicate back, slowly, to me via email but the issue is still unresolved one month later. This is NOT a complicated problem!”

“You don't adequately and accurately describe shirt/sweatshirt sizes. I order shirts and sweatshirts at my REAL size, yours are FUCKED! Also, your shirts and sweatshirts are SUPER-FUCKING-THIN! They won't last more than 4 washes! You're a JOKE, I will NEVER do business with anyone associated with you again, you worthless losers!!!!”

“I'm absolutely sick of paying so much for shipping. Not only that but i never get a tracking number and never see an estimated time or arrival. Small companies charge 4 bucks for shipping of a shirt while y'all charge like 7 to 10 and othe companies will charge 6 for a sweatshirt while yall charge 15 for one??? It makes no since.”

“Kings Road didn't ship the product in advance of street date (contrary to what it said on the order page and confirmation email), instead shipping it a few days afterwards (despite the preorder having been available for 6 months!). It arrived 7 days later, despite being shipped from 400 miles away (LA to SF). Their customer support was unhelpful and dismissive. In the future I'll pre-order records from my local record shop or other online source - Kings Road and Music Today are engaged in a race to the bottom for worst major-label fulfillment house.”

“Legitimately KRM is the company I most dread having to order from. But they have a monopoly on Alkaline Trio merch, so if my favorite band releases new music, I have no other option than to buy it here. Not even having Media Mail as a shipping option is criminal. Charging damn near $20 to ship a couple 7"s, knowing the customer has no recourse, is flat out exploitation. I hate that the only way I can keep my collection complete is by giving you my money. I hate it.”
