“What was this for? If it was the Popa Roach tee’s and ornament I got then YES, I was happy. If anything else I DID not order anything from you!!!!”

“My purchase should have included a digital download and I never received it as promised. I felt like that was worth the little extra for shipping so I'd have the music in my possession while I waited for the hard copy to arrive. I'll be going elsewhere for my next purchase.”

“I ordered on December 8, the package was $21.60 for first class shipping, yet it shipped 8 days later. Today, after having ordered for 23 days, I have yet to receive my package! After writing a complaint, KingRoadMerch "helped", and said "If your package doesn't arrive, write to us." So, I replied and guess what? UNDELIVERED EMAIL! Wow. Booo! I will be contacting VISA and cancel my payment.”

“Finally got my Christmas ornament after a month of waiting. Talk about false advertising, how can you charge so much for shipping when it fit in an envelope? Also I see they didn’t ship it until 9 days after they said they did. Won’t be ordering from kings road again, they’ve gone downhill over the years by a lot.”

“Items ordered december 9th and not received yet on december 31. Extremly very bad service for ordering and shipping and unbelievable bad service from UPS. I don’t recommand to order from your company because of very long time to get ordered items: it was shorter time to send a letter overseas during the WW !!!!!!! Now I will continue to wait my package in hoping that it will arrive in the next few days A very disappointed customer”

“Ordered a limited social distortion 40th anniv poster. Tube was damaged when it arrived and the ends had not been secured with tape. Poster was irreparably damaged inside the tube which wasn’t thick enough to survive international shipping. Sent a support ticket when the package arrived but not had any response. Very disappointed with what I had previously regarded as an excellent company to deal with.”

“I have been trying to stay in touch with the company and no one will reach me. They delivered and order to me and I received the wrong product. I was told I’d be overnighted the correct item for Christmas bc it was a gift and it was sent to the wrong address!!! I still haven’t received the correct product and I am furious! I’ll never be ordering from this company again,”

“I was very disappointed with the process of my transaction. I could see that my order was confirmed in your system but had not shipped in over a week. When I asked about it and finally received tracking (note: ordered on 12/07 but did not “ship” until 12/17) for one of my two items, I also a received an email saying that the sunglasses I’d ordered were out of stock and not available. If I would have known this when I’d placed my order, I wouldn’t have ordered and paid the $15 shipping chargers for a $15 license plate (which was only an add on to my sunglass purchase). I would have cancelled and/or changed my order from the beginning but I never had the opportunity to do that. The sunglasses were why I’d placed my order in the first place. I feel like I deserve to have the freight chargers credited back fully or at least partially. I hope we can continue to do business together but if you cannot in some way help with this matter, I will not be ordering through this website again in the future.”

“I ordered in early December and it took almost 2 weeks to be shipped. Then once it was shipped I was unable to track where it was and as of yet my items have not been delivered. I was very displeased with the customer service. These items were to be gifts for christmas and did not arrive. I had to purchase new items for christmas.”

“We never received our order. Orders made by December 15 were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. We ordered on December 6th. Tracking was not available. Now you want us to review an order we never received.”
