HI Philippe, Your order was shipped 12/11 via USPS; tracking #LJ583769720US. Unfortunately, once the package leaves the US tracking is not always available. Also, sometimes packages traveling internationally may get held up at customs. Have you checked with your local post office? Regards, KRM

“I bought a blanket and a shirt from their webstore, I paid extra for two day shipping. Got it a week and a half later and was missing the shirt. Sent an email asking about the missing shirt and requested a refund for the shipping a couple of days ago. Yet to hear anything back.”

“I paid nearly $16 for delivery and my order didn't ship for 8 days. Only after I emailed and questioned when to expect delivery. I called the telephone number that I found online and it's a recording. No opportunity to speak with anyone.”
