Hello Matt, You ordered items that were on pre-order and once we knew those items wouldn't be arriving in time for the original pre-order date we sent out an email to customers which you were included in. That email stated that items were delayed in getting to our warehouse and as soon as they all arrived we shipped the orders out. Your order shipped on 6/26 but it seems as if the USPS is taking their time with it. We emailed you the tracking number in case you didn't get that yet. The order should be there soon though. Thank you!

Ordered my HellYeah face mask back in April and it only left the United States on June 5, as of writing this (June 14) I still haven’t received my order.

Hey Dave, it looks like this face mask has since delivered. Once it leaves our warehouse we have no control over how long it takes the delivery service to make the delivery. We appreciate the order though, thank you!

Order took over a month to ship, still waiting on my other order. No response from the company when asking about order status. Support is useless, unable to help in any way. The order tracking system is also garbage. It showed my order still waiting to be packaged for over a week after I finally got my items.

Hello Brian, Yes, things are a bit backed up and it's taking longer to ship out orders. Your first order looks like it was held up a little longer than it should have due to us waiting on one of the items to arrive that we had reordered and wanted to ship your order complete. The other order you made should be shipping out within the next week or so based on when you placed it. I looked up your account and do not see any emails from you to us about any of your orders. Hello, this actually shipped out on 4/3 but is still showing that it's in transit. You should have been emailed a tracking number for this order. I ordered a limited edition Social Distortion poster. It took KRM nearly 2 weeks to send it and when the package finally arrived, the wrong poster was inside. It wasn't even a SD poster. When I emailed the company to inform them of the mix-up, they told me that the poster I ordered was out of stock and issued a refund without even asking me to return the item I had received. When I emailed asking them to provide an explanation for what went wrong and some assurance that they would better manage their inventory, they offered me free merchandise instead. Repeated attempts to get an explanation went unanswered. Any company that would rather try to bribe a customer into keeping quiet than humor that customer by providing a reasonable explanation for a badly botched order, definitely operates in unethical territory. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The D+ rating speaks for itself.

This customer ordered an item that was limited in qty. and sold out very quickly. By the time we were made aware that she got the wrong item by mistake we no longer had any of these limited posters left in the warehouse to replace her item, unfortunately. We immediately issued a refund for the full price of the item and did not ask her to send back the item she got by mistake. We took the additional step of offering her a free item of her choice from the store to help the situation but we no longer have the item available that she ordered originally. If we did, we'd be happy to send her a replacement. We've done as much as we possibly could to help this situation. Thank you

Both of the products I got were very deceiving they both are much smaller than the actual product and I thought there was AirPods in the AirPod Case no just the plastic fake leather case that does it even close not happy at all

Hello, for AirPod Case it states in the description that the item we're selling is the AirPod Case and that the AirPods are not included. We included the images of the AirPods in the case to show customers exactly what this item is for and it also helps to illustrate the size of the item. For the accessories case you ordered we showed a photo of the case filled with items it can hold to also help show the size of that item. Having placed this order nearly three weeks ago I have yet to receive my package. I have called Fedex several times and have never received a call back from them even after paying $20 for shipping. Would never order from this website again.

You sent me the wrong Christmas sweater. This one looks nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a dropkick Murphy Christmas sweater and I received something with some koopas from Mario cart . I have pictures but am not sure how to send to you.

My order was supposed to ship on December 5, 2019 which means I would have received it before Christmas. I did not get it until after Christmas. Tracking info was never available and the shirt that I ordered was not the shirt I received. The design was changed after I ordered. I didn't find that out until I received it and inquired with an email. Highly unlikely I would order from this sight again.

Would definitely think twice before ordering from them again. Not only did it take over a month to get a few tee-shirts, which were for charity by the way, I was told they would arrive by Christmas, and they didn't arrive until after New Years. And if I hadn't called to follow-up looking for the order no-one would have contacted me.

I would be very pleased to write a great review, but I can’t because I haven’t received my order. I placed the order on Dec. 9. It is now Jan. 5. I realize that things are extra busy around Christmas, but my order was placed almost a month ago and still no sign of it. I like the products. I would say delivery is terrible but I can’t even say that as it hasn’t been delivered.

When we ordered we were told there was an accessory free coming with. Didnt happen. Thats after I spent over six hundred dollars for concert tickets and backstage passes which the concert was cancelled, for what i thought was a very understandable reason. Two weeks later the concert is back on,..but no where near us. My money was held up for six months for nothing but to upset my 17 year old who was unbelievably excited. Nit to mention the 200 deposit i lost on our hotel room,..as we were going to Rochester which is hours from our home. I am no longer a fan. Thats called being shitty.
