I never received my item. I got a shipping notification but it was never actually shipped and for months now I keep getting told the item is in transit to a new facility. Nobody seems to actually care. I just keep getting the same noncommittal message. I feel like any other reputable business would have done something more than minimal effort to make this right after many months of a missing/unsent/who knows what's happening with it item.

Hello, apologies for the delay with your order. We do very much care about your order and the replacement copy of your record should be shipping out soon. We shipped your order before we started moving our warehouse but it looks like USPS lost the package before scanning it into their system. We put in a replacement order but by that time we had already started the move and your item was unavailable to ship from our old warehouse. It hasn't been received at our new warehouse yet but should be soon. As soon as it's received we'll get your order shipped out. We're receiving thousands of items a day at our new warehouse and more and more orders are shipping out from there. Again, apologies for the delay and we'll get your order shipped out soon. I placed my order on September 10th, and here it is September 26th, and they haven't even finished my order so they could ship it out.

Hello, there is a pop up notice in all of the stores about a delay with orders currently as we move warehouses. The item you ordered is in transit to our new warehouse and as soon as it's received there, your order will ship out. Thank you.

Received a defective record. Sent a request for a replacement. No response. Left a review, as requested. Was told a replacement would be sent, and I would be contacted. No response. Here is another review of my order. Maybe I’ll receive a response.

placed an order and it got delayed several times, after I while I couldnt access my account to see the status, sent an email and never heard back. disputed the charge with my bank already, not buyin from you again

Order placed the very same day the item was made available. Order status had it as having been shipped, but no tracking information available. Followed up several weeks later, opened a case number, waited more, only to be told almost a month later that the item is no longer available. A refund was offered, I responded that's what I'd like to do, and haven't received confirmation on that yet, nor a timeframe of when I should receive the refund. Now, the website says that items are back-ordered with a 3-4 weeks delay, effectively making a new order for other items, impossible to do. Some "new warehouse" excuse, which is exactly what another horrible company pulled when they couldn't fulfill their orders. It's all a shame, since previous orders were handled perfectly. Looking forward to my refund.

Terrible customer service from Kings Road Merch. I preordered an album from Kings Road and I received a shipment notification. The shipment was marked as pre-shipment, label created and stayed that way for three weeks. When I reached out to Kings Road via email I received no response. I then reached out via their Facebook Messenger, which elicited a response within 30 minutes asking for the order number. I immediately sent the order number and then received no response for over 24 hours. When I responded asking what was happening, I received a response that customer service was working on the issue. That was a week ago, with no response at all from Kings Road. I will never use this service again. I could have ordered from another company and had the album almost a month ago.

Hello, your order was originally shipped out on 5/6 but it looks like USPS must have lost the package before they ever checked it in. Since it was shipped media mail, it's not uncommon for these packages to take a few weeks to be delivered, sometimes the tracking never updates and then randomly just gets delivered. We had responded to let you know about this and to see if it showed up and once we knew it was lost we issued a replacement order. Before that could be shipped you wanted the order canceled and refunded so we issued a full refund on your order. Apologies for the inconvenience with this order but once a package leaves our warehouse we have no control over how the carrier handles the package. Unfortunately, this one got lost and we were happy to issue a replacement order but since you would rather have a refund we processed that right away once it was requested. Thank you.

i ordered a package five months ago and it still has not come in. i reached out multiple times and never received a response. i don't think i will be purchasing from this company again, i'd rather buy something second hand than deal with their terrible customer service.

Hello, this order shipped out on 1/4/23 and the tracking shows it was delivered on 1/7/23. The last email we have from you in our system is from a different order back in 2020. If you did not receive this order, please email us at support@kingsroadmerch.com and we'll be happy to help fix this situation but everything on our end shows it was delivered to you when it should have months ago. Hello, the shipping costs are simply based on the weight of the item and the shipping method chosen by the customer. It looks like your order was charged $5.75 for media mail shipping on a LP which is what it should be. Thank you for your order.

I think that putting on your website that worldwide shipping is available is kind of misleading, I know that you can't ensure what happened on the process but I feel like I had been scammed. Today, I still don't have the item and nobody knows anything about it. I really wanted the hoodie from one of my favorite bands and thats why I don't hesitate when I saw the item on your store. That was the first time that I try to buy something online and due to the poor experience I think it will be the last time.

I Recently bought a Dropkick Murphy’s shirt. On sale. Has tour dates on the back. It said nothing about the shirt having tour dates on it. Lame. Also bought some Bad Religion Sweatpants in another order. Cheap and way too big. Your shipping is the absolute worst. In all of the internet. Prices jacked up. Tracking numbers that don’t work.

Ordered a presale Vinyl over a year ago. It took over 6 months for it to ship & today Kings Road sent me an email to write a review about it. To say Kings Road is slow would be a drastic understatement. On top of that, there was so little communication about the Vinyl that I forgot I even purchased it.

Unfortunately, this record was delayed multiple times by the pressing plant. We sent out multiple updates to customers who pre-ordered this to keep them in the loop, apologies that you missed those updates. I will never order from this company again. I received the wrong size on one of the shirts I ordered, & my card was compromised after using it to place that order. Upon attempting to contact customer service, I received no response. Nothing... Luckily, I was able to get the fraudulent charges reversed but lesson learned. *Do not recommend*

Hello, your card was not compromised from using it in any of our stores. Our site is encrypted, all of our payment processing is encrypted and we don't store your card info in our system. No one on our side can see your credit card info once you've used it to make a purchase with us. We received an email from you saying that your order was late but when we looked up your order status it showed it had already delivered. Your order shipped a few days after it was placed and then delivered a few more days after it shipped. There was no mention of anything you received being the wrong size in your email. If you did receive an incorrect size, please let us know and we'll be happy to fix this for you. Thank you for your order.
