They offered a discount and a free face to face flex record with a $50 purchase. They did not ship the flex record. I contacted support and they said they were out and end up sending me a cassette instead. Such a bait and switch. I am a member of the face to face fan page where no one received a fexi.

I was very disappointed by the bait and switch over the Face To Face Merch and FLEXI deal for Black Friday. We were completely lied to. I ordered merch that I already had just so I could get it. Not a single person in the Fans and Collectors group got one and I know we were 99% of the orders. As a consolation I get sent a cassette tape which of course I already bought. So not cool.

One of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. I placed a pre-order for Lars Frederiksen's To Victory on October 28th 2021. The album was due to be released on November 26th 2021. On November 3rd, I got an email saying that the special edition "splatter" I ordered was no longer available and they would be replacing it with a different color. Fine. On December 1st 2021, I finally got an email saying that my order shipped. 5 whole days AFTER the album was released. Did I mention that this was a PRE-ORDER??? In the meantime, completely unrelated, I ordered a record off of someone from the Czech Republic on Discogs. I am located in Canada. I got their shipment for a flat rate of $20 CAD a week and a half later. The order that I placed on October 28th, almost a full month BEFORE the album release, which shipped on December 1st, finally got here yesterday, January 4th 2022. EFFING RIDICULOUS. I can already hear the excuses... "The pressing plant this..." and "Postal service that..." BULLS... My local record store had the album on time (actually they had the "special edition" one that I was told was unavailable), so did countless others on social media (some of which had it in advance). FIX YOUR SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS PROBLEM!!! Your rates are WAY too high. When it costs more for shipping than the item you are ordering, it's a problem. Maybe look at an alternative such as NetParcel for shipping?? Until then, I will no longer be a customer.

I pre ordered a crop top sweater which didn’t show up on time or even ship on the belated shipping date. It shipped about a week after the changed date. The quality of the sweater is crappy and it looks like it was stitched and just ripped off the machine. There are white strings on the blue and black sweater just hanging around and the stitching is not straight at all. Very disappointed.. not to mention the bottom of the crop top looks like someone just scissored it as it’s not straight and strings feathering off everywhere.

We ordered a Frank Iero Parachutes LP in March of 2020. The album never arrived! After numerous attempts to contact customer service and getting absolutely no response, we are left out of pocket money and had a horrible experience with this company. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them ever!

Sent out an item that wasn’t even close to what the ordered item was supposed to look like. Didn’t offer any returns or refunds, literally just said here is something worse than we promised. Too bad.

I would love to write a review, but unfortunately, my merchandise has not arrived after a month and a half. If they get the merchandise to me before Christmas I will change this review, but as of right now I am not happy.

You are kidding right to ask me my opinion? I order in July 20 a preorder vinyl supposed to be shipped Septembre 17th and I still don't have it yet... (November 8th). I sent you a email to at least receive my merch attached to the vinyl and Kings Road just said : "No, it's in the same order so we will ship at the same time"... worst experience ever and I still don't know if I will receive my vinyl in 2021...

Hello, your full order is in transit to you now and the last tracking update from today notes that it arrived in your country today so it should be delivered to you very soon. A lot of vinyl release are being delayed by the manufacturer right now and pressing timelines are getting longer and longer at pressing plants around the world. As soon as we were made aware of the delay with this record you pre-ordered we sent an email out to all customers to alert them of the delay which you seem to have received. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays and work to get these items delivered to us ASAP and ship out orders in full right away once they arrive. Horrible, I payed almost double the value of the item for shipping and never received anything. I checked the tracking on the item and it states as delivered. Will never pre-order again from Kings road

If I could do zero stars I would. The re-issue album I purchased on 8/26 with a release date of 9/24 is still not in my hands on 10/25. I emailed on 9/29 for an order update and was told the release date was 10/8 - the album was on the shelf at my local indie record store (Blue Stingrays: Surf-N-Burn). If I hadn't already been charged for the album by Kings Road I would have purchased the album locally weeks ago. Terrible service. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I will stick with my local shop, no games.

Hello, Unfortunately our exclusive variant was delayed by the pressing plant and we contacted all customers about the delay on 9/24. We shipped these records out to everyone as soon as they arrived at our warehouse. The standard black vinyl for this release wasn't delayed as much as our exclusive blue dream splash colored vinyl so retail stores may have had that in stock before we got our copies. We're sorry for the delay with your order but we did keep everyone informed of the delay and shipped out the records as soon as they arrived. I haven’t received what i orderes, it’s been around 2 months, i have ordered a green vinyl from alcest, but something happened, and i had to change to a red one, and haven’t reeveived it yet. There haven’t been no status updates by your side, i have to ask constantly for updates. In customer support they said they were sendiing right away my product, it’s been a month since that. This is the first time it happens something like this, i am really dissapointed. In amazon appears the same product and they say they deliver in 5 days, that makes me think of buying directly from you is the best choice. I hope my order arrives soon and also i wish you provide me with an update.

Hello, the item you purchased arrived to you safely and undamaged. All of the details about this cardboard bluetooth speaker that you purchased were listed in the description of the item. Apparently you were unhappy with the item once you received it and requested a refund and sent it back to us. We sent you a full refund for your order as soon as we received the return. You then demanded a refund for the cost of shipping the item back to us which is something we do not do and is clearly stated in our return policy. Thank you.

Ordered the smoke variant of Lucifer III as well as the split with Kadavar. I didn’t receive a shipping email/tracking number. The package showed up and the split 7” wasn’t there and the record was the coke bottle variant. I contacted customer service and they apologized and said they would send out a new package with the correct items. A week later I received a refund for the 7” split that was missing. Never received an email explaining why they changed their mind and decided to issue a partial refund instead of sending what I ordered.

I really wish my merch wouldn't come damaged multiple times. Stuff should be inspected before it leaves the warehouse.
