“Disappointing service. I was told the one one item was no longer in stock so I would be refunded. I quickly replied asking not to be refunded but rather wait until the item becomes available or have the item replaced (I'm paying international shipping so it makes no sense to ship only one or two items). I received a reply a day later, which totally ignored my request, saying I've been refunded.”

“I’m not happy because the thread is coming off the hat I ordered and I have called and left emails to solve this problem but no one gets back to me. This is also supposed to be a Xmas gift”

“.t shirt is a small its tight in the chest and arms but really long on the bottom, the black cap is kinda small in length. The hoodie is also really tight in the arms and shoulders and by the belt line but loose in the middle seems like a blind person stitched these clothes. Then the baseball length shirt is also a small but way to short and really tight in the arms and everywhere. Seems like the sizes are just suggestions never buying from this place again, pure trash”

“Order 1089799. I was sent the wrong item in my order. I tried calling to speak to someone and a recording stated I needed to complete an online form, there was no option allowing me to speak to a person. I completed the online form yesterday, but have no idea if Kings Road even received it since I didn't get an email confirmation after I submitted the online form. Needless to say, I haven't been contacted other than an email asking me to submit this review.”

“Took 6 days to get my 2 day deliver I paid $27.46 for and customer service is a joke. I want my money back for the fraudulent delivery service. Already contacted the BBB.”
