“From other reviews I had read I was taking a big risk booking with Kiwi.com Contrary to all the negative reviews, my bookings and travel were seamless and couldn't have been easier or better. Maybe I got lucky, 😁 but I can only tell it as it was”

“Excellent service from the moment I booked. Clear instructions and regular updates about my flights. Any questions were answered professionally and quickly. I particularly liked the fact kiwi checked in for me and sent me the boarding pass. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.”

“Booked tickets on Kiwi.com for a trip from Spain to Prague. I really liked the fact that I was checked in by Kiwi automatically, so I didn't have to worry about anything when I got to the airport, and also received SMS with my gate number even before they become available on the airport screens during my transfer in Madrid!”

“I was a bit afraid because of reviews, but everything was great, I bought four tickets (transfer flights) and got every ticket 24 hours before flight. Tried to use helpdesk platform - I got message like in 2mins. I guess you pay the price (which is low) but you need to be prepared for two things: 1. If you have transfer flights, be aware of time, do not book second flight less than 3 hours after your first flight. You can miss it. 2. Just know: if you paying cheap tickets, do not expect refund. I was checking updates and info in kiwi app constantly therefore did not experienced any problems. Moreover had no issues with raynair - got the tickets with QR code 😄 also, forgot to mention, fill check in details as soon as app will let you to do it!”

“For me all went perfect! I was afraid after reading all the reviews about the company but they even sent me the boarding pass earlier. Just the baggage i bought in the airport because the app was having the price of 99€ for an cabin bag and i bought it for 20 € on the airport”
