“My flight from Batman to Istanbul was cancelled due to weather conditions, which caused me to miss my connecting flight to London. Kiwi.com were immediately contactable by phone and through the app, and they responded promptly to all of my questions. They managed to credit my account for the cost of the missed connecting flight, which allowed me to book an alternative flight the following day. Everything was handled quickly and without any additional cost to me.”

“From other reviews I had read I was taking a big risk booking with Kiwi.com Contrary to all the negative reviews, my bookings and travel were seamless and couldn't have been easier or better. Maybe I got lucky, 😁 but I can only tell it as it was”

“Booked tickets on Kiwi.com for a trip from Spain to Prague. I really liked the fact that I was checked in by Kiwi automatically, so I didn't have to worry about anything when I got to the airport, and also received SMS with my gate number even before they become available on the airport screens during my transfer in Madrid!”
