“Perdi a conexão de Paris para Porto, mas fui reembolsada a tempo de escolher outro voo, foi tudo muito rápido, eu e minha família não tivemos apoio no aeroporto de Barcelona, mas o sait nos respondeu logo e isso fez toda diferença. Muito obrigada”

“**Exceeded all my expectations! 💚** Kiwi.com appeared exactly when I needed it most. I had to organise a last-minute solo trip, and the other platforms I tried kept letting me down. I decided to trust Kiwi.com and, honestly, it was the best decision I could have made. It was my first time booking an entire trip through an app, and I was genuinely impressed by how simple and stress-free the whole experience was. From the moment I booked until I arrived back home, I always felt informed and supported. The app is extremely intuitive, well organised and easy to use. What impressed me most was the constant communication throughout my journey. I received useful notifications about my flights, reminders, schedule updates, boarding information and even details about the departure gate in advance. “I have nothing but good things to say about using the app. I’ve bought tickets through them three times in the past year. On one occasion, I failed to confirm a change in departure time made by the airline and couldn't check in for the return flight as a result, but a company representative sorted it out in just five minutes. They’re great!”
