“Love not fighting the crowds at the store since most of my free time is spent at the hospital visiting my hubby. Christmas shopping is so fun from my phone/tablet. And never disappointed in my purchases.”

“I purchased a Nike sweatshirt and a SO Heritage Sweater and I absolutely love them both! I had previously bought a True Grit sweatshirt for 3x the price of the SO Heritage sweater, but they're almost identical, but I think that this sweater fits WAY better. And the Nike sweatshirt is just very cute! Not to mention, I was surprised to find that everything in the store was an additional 25% off, so it was a GREAT deal!”

“Happy?Kohl's in Burleson Texas is horrible, I dont know who their buyer is but they should be fired.Before Covid I used to buy a lot of my work clothes there(I work at a bank),now pretty much all they have is athleisure and clearance, which is about half of the store. Not all middle aged women who work can wear that stuff to work.Rarely do I purchase anything there anymore,just disappointment after disappointment. They really look like the Good Will store anymore.”

“Kohls on coop city purchase a few items I was looking find out a price on a blouse excuse me but I didnt ask her name Indian women told me I could go to the jewelry dept they would help me they were standing behind the counter talking to each other they keplooking at me ignore me I ask one of them can they scan for the price she told me no to go to a cashier this was on the first floor only one cashier at that floor I go to the third floor there were two cashier that's went debbie took me I ask if she can scan for the price very polite wonderful attitude I when back on line third floor she took care of me kudo to debbie very happy with her service. Know your workers on the jewelry dept they can learn the basic of customer service”

“I had a pick up curbside and the Wi-Fi wasn't working on my phone I broke my leg a couple of days ago and had to send my 10-year-old grandson inside he was directed to customer service and they helped him retrieve the package I do appreciate the Lakeland kohls customer service for helping my grandson today 7/16/21 around 11:30-12:00 today thanks for your assistance it made him feel great it made me feel great that he was able to do it as well with your assistance”
