I love that kohls lets you earn reward points and kohls cash on all purchases. I wish they would allow free shipping on any order amount when paying with their store credit card, otherwise I am happy.

Easy to shop online as I can pick up items at my local store and returns are even easier at the store. They have a great selection and very convenient.

I ordered yesterday morning and chose to pick up one of my items and had the others shipped- my store pick up item was ready within two hours and I just received my shipment notification for the other items!

Hackettstown NJ KOHLS - older guy cashier was rude. My 2 1/2 year old coughed from running around the store and he has asthma, and at the register, as we were done checking out, my son did the thumbs up and cashier thought he wanted to high five and he said under his breath, no, I’m not doing that bCuz you sound sick. WHAT THE HECK! Rude! And to say it to a little kid? Wear a mask buddy! You don’t know his health issue!

As an employee it’s horrible. They pound you to get credits. It’s annoying and causes good cashiers to be pointed out if don’t get them

I love kohls for how easy it is to return items or exchange items but ever since they remodeled and Sephora takes up half the store their clothing lines have declined and especially their clothes selection. Disappointing

I returned items for Amazon and customer service was friendly and fast. She gave me a 25% coupon for store. I won’t shop there because dressing rooms are closed 13 months after start of pandemic and record low numbers. So coupon was waste of time. Customer service days depends on corporate. When are they going to get there heads out of the sand?

I have been shopping at Kohl’s many years and have decided to no longer shop there. The store I shop at (Cottage GroveMN) is wonderful! However I resent having to pay shipping and handling if I don’t spend a minimum of $75 on line! I have begun to do my online shopping at Macy’s which offers free shipping to its gold and platinum customers! Oh when I called kohl’s and told the young lady I was an MVC customer she told me that free shipping had been eliminated unless you spend $75 so I’m done! Even their return policy during the pandemic was non-existent. I was able to return items for free at Macy’s! Love my cottage grove store but the online shipping and handling situation needs to be addressed.

Looks like when they are closing stores, other open stores do not either carry suitable Inventory or have discontinued items that we buy. Maybe someone should do some BI analytics

I just had 4 mens flannel shirts delivered that I bought online from Kohls. The ad clearly states the shirts have a button down collar but when I opened the package they are not button down shirts. None of them have a button down collar. Now I have to decide if I want to return them and try again, (maybe the next ones I order will also have an ad that doesn't correctly describe the item. Very unhappy.

Ordered 3 items at once that were sent separately. My issues are with the packaging and sizing on the dress pants. Very lightweight blouses came, one in a huge box and the other in a very large bag, no fillers. The pants arrived in an appropriate bag. They were marked size 10 but were larger than 12s. Have to go back but no free returns like Amazon! Just venting, don’t expect anything to be done. Just want to say ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Kohl’s has not made any effort to help me knowing if, the $25.00, Kohl’s gift card, I sent my granddaughter, has been used. She never received it. It was either stolen or delivered to the wrong address for which, the person did not mark it “wrong address” and stick it back in their mailbox. Either way…I have all the needed info to determine the outcome but, Kohl’s is NO HELP!!!.

The store in Turlock ca is so messy and really not well managed. I am a 30 year store manager of 14 million dollar retail stores and I realize times are tough. But clean your stores. You are selling higher priced clothing in a yard sale environment. Very poor customer service and it’s a tragedy.

This review covers customer service, price, returns AND refunds. Kohls failed on all counts. My daughter ordered an item from Kohls for me to give my grandson for his birthday. I paid her for it. The item shipped to me so my grandson wouldn't see it. There was very little info on the box - just Hover something. That's it. Nothing else. I didn't open the box because I wanted to wrap it. I had every expectation that what was ordered would be delivered. My husband, mother-in-law, son and I were all sick with Covid when my grandson had his birthday. So, we celebrated late. My grandson opened the box and it was NOT what we ordered. It was an accessory to what was ordered. My daughter called Kohls Customer Service right away. She spoke with a woman who didn't speak English very well which meant the call was a long one. The item we ordered was some sort of "special" item and was no longer available. The lady refused to price match the item, which was purchased on sale, with a similar item. I paid about $66, but a similar item through Kohls was over $120, almost double what I paid!! The correct item was ordered. Kohls shipped the WRONG item. They should have price matched a similar item to replace THEIR mistake. It isn't right that we have to pay a higher price because of their mistake. All the Customer Service Rep would do was refund the credit card. So, my grandson did not get his hoverboard for his birthday. How sad!! We now have to order one from somewhere else at a higher price. Kohls should have refunded the money paid and price matched a similar item. It was not our fault they shipped the WRONG item. Because of THEIR mistake, I lost out on a good deal and my grandson now has to wait much longer to receive his birthday present. I have to blow my budget to get it for him. He was so excited when he thought he was getting the hoverboard. I can't let Kohls' mistake and poor customer service ruin an 8 year olds birthday. I am SO disappointed in Kohls! I have shopped in their stores since they opened in central Iowa. I CERTAINLY will not order from them again - might not even shop in the store any more. After reading so many negative reviews about Kohls, I expect they will be the next big store to file bankruptcy.

Went into store in Temple Texas. Difficult to find prices, sizes and departments. No employees around to help. Couldn’t wait to get out of there! Also hot and stuffy

Kohls customer service is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. Online orders are ALWAYS a mess! In store is ok. Won't shop here as much if at all.
