I just want to say, I went into Kohl's today to do an Amazon return which was quick and easy. I was given a $5 cash card to spend in the store... I purchased something and when I went to check out, the cashier asked if i received email from kohls wirh The mystery percentage off.. if she hadn't said that I wouldn't have known. Needless to say I was estatic to get 40%off!! I was very grateful! The staff there were unbelievably nice I have always had a good experience in Kohl's in Mayslanding.. very organized and very nice Thank you all! Renee P.

Dec 9 2021 I placed online order with Kohls using the Kohl’s Credit Card, the merchandise was either stolen or delivered to the wrong address. The thieves took the merchandise into a Kohl’s store and instead of putting it back to the orig form of payment the store gave them a merchandise credit. I’ve been fighting with Kohl’s Credit Card for 3 months for a refund credit to the Kohl’s credit card. They keep telling me they can’t give me a refund because I got a store credit. HOW MANY WAYS CAN I SAY YOU GAVE STORE CREDIT TO THE THIEVES!!! I’m a person that cares about my credit so I am going to pay that $159.10, but they have lost me as a customer. I was the victim here. But Kohl’s doesn’t care. Oh they offered Kohls cash but we all know $159.10 of Kohl’s Cash is not really $159.10.

Customer service was pathetic. I absolutely regret opening a credit card with these people. 100% don't recommend spending your money with this company.

Mark Twain once said politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason. Michelle Gass spews what's in a loaded diaper. It's so obvious she's destroyed this company, the Feds need to incarcerate her.

My Kohls experience lived up to everything I should have expected after learning more about Kohl's deceptive practices. Wish I had researched more and saved myself the headache. Horrible, smug Associates.

I'm written this review in hopes that noone else is scammed for their money! Khol's has ridiculous fees they add to your Khols card. I had not purchased anything from them in over 3 months. Yet I paid an extra $60.00. So that savings I thought I received was infact pricier than I thought. It's not about the amount of money they continue to charge their so called valued customers as they say...It's that they add absurd fees just to see what they can get from the customers. Once I called the customer service number and spoke to Rep: Porcha , she said she could only wave this fee if I didn't cancel my card.

Received wrong item, again, and Kohls won't expedite the shipping for correct item. WTF. Up yours. That item was for a wedding. Ordered on time to get on time. Now, they won't fix THEIR mistake. #@%%@ U

I signed up for the kohls credit card and was suppose to get 35 percent off my 1st order using my credit but everything I try to use it on it says I can’t so spent 170 buck didn’t get kohls cash normally earned when spending money. I am not sure what has happened but more frustrating shopping there then not. I mean why so many restrictions on a discount and no list of what it can be used on unreal. False advertising along with the kohls can I never received for my ordet

I have had a terrible trying to speak to a service representative in regards to a charge card on behalf of a deceased family member. Neither the store location nor anyone on the 18885756457 or even 18887685559 numbers allowed me to speak to a representative to get this account cleared up. I have spent now 4 days and zero progress.

This review is not for kohls but for one of the brands they sell on website.. bought these Henry Fererra riding boots .. this is what happened when I just put them on .. buyers beware .. I was told they were sending replacement for no charge they were the wrong style and even worse condition..they are issuing a refund..

If I could do zero stars I would .. paid over 80$ for these boots ..this is what happened to them when I tried them on !! Kohls representatives were great they sent another pair free .. problem was the second pair was worse .. this review is not for kohls it’s for the brand Henry Ferrerra.. buyer beware

Kohls's customer service was HORRIBLE! If you do not want to lose your good credit score due to negligence of this company, malfunction of your assistance in your web applications, and failure to send your monthly balance accounts, do not apply for a credit card in this business of credit ruins. Kohl's stores are the most negative stores with customer service in general.

I paid my Kohl’s credit card On time never late . Every time I use my card the same month Khols reports it to credit bureaus pulling my credit scores by 44 points every month closing this credit card next month and taken my business to Macy

Kohl’s Cash is so shady Bought a product at Kohls.com because it was mentioned I would receive $30 in Kohl’s Cash. However, I didn't see their e-mail and now it's "Expired". The expiration date is also VERY short, good luck with that. Customer service say they cannot do anything to help. Suuuuure, it's not like if you had full access to my Kohl’s account and could add $30 in there. Well done Kohl's, you've just lost one more customer.

I recently placed an order through my Kohls App. I added a new card and a new shipping address, however, my order defaulted to the wrong address. My order was delivered to AZ instead of WI. When I tried to get help Kohls customer service was HORRIBLE! Both in the store and on the phone customer service was unacceptable. When I called the store for help the "customer service associate" had no idea how to help me. She gave me a number to call. That "customer service associate" was even worse! When I asked to speak to a supervisor I waited on hold for over an hour and no one ever answered the phone. I, too, work for a large corporation in customer service. I would be fired for this lack of response. In today's market Kohls better step up their service! Very disappointing experience!

My order has been lost twice now and been on there online chat and that was no help. They just keep placing a new order for the original item with no compensation for the fact I’ve been wait 2 months for an item that was supposed to take a week

Had a wonderful experience in the Middletown Delaware Store. Needed to exchange a slightly defective product received at Christmas for the same. Item was delayed unit January. Not only did I not have any issues with making the exchange, but the Kirsten in Customer Service made it pleasurable & painless. She was very friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. Took care of everything in less than 15 minutes. Most of that time was enjoyable friendly chatter, Truly appreciate this shopping experience with Kirsten.

I contacted the customer service twice using the online chat, each time waited for about 2 hours, and they all said they already processed it for me, but turns out none of them helped me on my order, very disappointed, and it was really a waste of time!!!

I purchased a Christmas gift for my boyfriend in October online and purchased it early because of all the delays in shipping. He opened it after Christmas and ot doesn't work and kohl's refuses to assist me even with the receipt
