I recently placed an order through my Kohls App. I added a new card and a new shipping address, however, my order defaulted to the wrong address. My order was delivered to AZ instead of WI. When I tried to get help Kohls customer service was HORRIBLE! Both in the store and on the phone customer service was unacceptable. When I called the store for help the "customer service associate" had no idea how to help me. She gave me a number to call. That "customer service associate" was even worse! When I asked to speak to a supervisor I waited on hold for over an hour and no one ever answered the phone. I, too, work for a large corporation in customer service. I would be fired for this lack of response. In today's market Kohls better step up their service! Very disappointing experience!

My order has been lost twice now and been on there online chat and that was no help. They just keep placing a new order for the original item with no compensation for the fact I’ve been wait 2 months for an item that was supposed to take a week

I contacted the customer service twice using the online chat, each time waited for about 2 hours, and they all said they already processed it for me, but turns out none of them helped me on my order, very disappointed, and it was really a waste of time!!!

I purchased a Christmas gift for my boyfriend in October online and purchased it early because of all the delays in shipping. He opened it after Christmas and ot doesn't work and kohl's refuses to assist me even with the receipt

They not only sent me the wrong boot slippers, but the slippers I received had the cardboard packaging, that slippers normally hang from, jammed inside of one of the slippers ! The slippers weren't attached to anything, both were loose inside the bag. AND, the cardboard thing they should have been hanging from was NOT representative of what brand they sent me. They are NOT isotoner slippers but the cardboard thing ID'd them as that. And there was weird, very small glitter on the slippers. THEY MIGHT HAVE SENT ME USED / RETURNED SLIPPERS, considering what a MESS they sent. What kind of fools are responsible for Kohl's shipping ? I'LL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM AGAIN. NOW I'M SUPPOSED TO GO TO THE TROUBLE OF MAILING THESE BACK ??? IT'S THEIR IDIOCY. NOW I'VE GOT TO FIX IT ????????????????????????? AND NO THANKS, I'M NOT GOING TO GO TO EVEN MORE TROUBLE WITH THIS STUPID SITUATION BY MESSING WITH TAKING PHOTOS OF IT FOR THIS REVIEW. MY TIME IS WORTH MORE THAN THAT. I'M MAD AS $%^& SO DON'T EXPECT PHOTOS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE NEXT STUPID THING I EXPECT IT THEY PROBABLY EXPECT ME TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING.

I buy a lot of things from online retailers and have never had a company make it so hard to resolve issues . I would give Kohl’s a 0 star review if I could . They sent me an email saying they are substituting my ordered item with another and I had 24 hours to cancel the order . However there was not any link or information on the email of how to do so . Kohl’s site did not offer any better results other than an automated chat that was also totally useless. I will never buy from Kohl’s online again , no matter how good the deal is . I did want to say that my in store have always been positive .

Lost receipt but item was purchased on Kohl’s credit card. Called to get a duplicate receipt (which I have done before) and they refused to help. Said to dtive 3 hours to get item from son and then take to Kohls. Otherwise he can take to Kohls and get the sale price so I get “screwed” out of my money! Customer Service is HORRIBLE!

Ordered a Christmas ornament for my son. When he opened it at Christmas, the box was empty. Called customer service, the stated it was no longer available and offered me $5 for my inconvenience. I filled out a review stating the facts and received an email stating that it did not meet their criteria. Well, their customer service did not meet my criteria.

This latest on line order did not redeem the entirety of my kohl’s cash…waited on line for the cust service rep for 30 mins just to argue with me and still could not explain to me why in the order summary it only used $50 of a $60 kohl’s cash voucher (I had to pay the remaining bal of 8.95 w/ my debit)!!! Boy does Kohl’s have a racket going or what!!! Done with Kohl’s period…often they’ve gotten my on line orders incorrect as well….People check your on line order receipt breakdown because they will stiff you!!!

Kohls 132nd Maple St Omaha Ne Worst customer service person ever..long stringy blond hair. Rude, totally uncontrolled. She was only 6in from the persons Face shaking her finger threatening abuse. She didn't like a comment she over heard. THERE IS FREEDO. OF SPEECH STILL. Total customer Abuse no matter what was said.. will never go to this store again! She should be fired doesn't know how to treat customers. Supervisor did nothing, SHe deserves To be punched. but people like her are worthless...never have I ever seen anything like this from a customer service person..need to rename her position put her out to pasture.

Have received damage products. First time was a piece of clothing that looked like it had been worn and it wasn't even made right. It was a reject. Customer service stinks. Packing sucks. I ordered candles and there were 5 of them in this huge box with hardly any bubble wrap. Box didn't even say fragile or handle with care. One of the candles were shattered into pieces and another was cracked down the side. These were to be Christmas gifts. Too late now. Then when I waited for 50 minutes to talk with someone, they screwed up my return. I'm done with this store.

I have an order placed and charged December 8th for an UGG comforter. Cannot get a status by calling customer service. I received the white one but not the gray one and received email it was shipped but still no comforter. This was a gift. UPS shows the label was printed but no shipment.

I placed my order for Black Friday. On Black Friday at kohls is the only time you get 15 dollars kohl’s cash. I received someone else’s shipment. Called kohl’s to tell them was told I would have to wait 3 more days before my shipment would be considered lost. When I called back they could not replace my merchandise. So I was given a refund minus the kohl’s cash. So I am just out $30. If I buy the items again there not on sale and I only get 10 kohl’s cash. Bad service. Not Americans answering the phones.

I've ordered online for 2 different types of delivery: - ship to home - pick up @ store [20 minutes away] Both times security tags were left on clothes, causing me to go to the store twice to have them removed. Done with Kohls!

Ordered 2 holiday decorative items both perceived damaged, one worse than the other my opinion could have been prevented, no packing of any kind items just thrown in the Box very disappointing was advised to try and Repair on my own because they don't care anyway. Rarely shop are due to negative past experiences will remember this for the future.

Very disappointed in store #1056, Spring Hill, TN. Went there with a postcard percent discount and a email phone percentage discount. I go back in and show the receipt and am told, only 1 percentage discount. Very deceptive advertising because digital coupon said for today only. The worst thing was the cashier told me before I swiped my card that both coupons were entered. Michael V Williams, Columbia, Tennessee
