Why are all womens clothes frumpy at Kohls. You have so many sleeveless tops I would buy if they were just a little form fitting on the bottom. Your tops make us look bigger and they are usually boxy. All my friends, even older women have the same opinion about Kohls clothes. I cannot ever find anything but you are the only store in town.

I bought products at Kohl's that amounted to approximately $59. I received a statement and I paid it on time. They are claiming that it came late so they are charging me an additional $30 on a $59 charge. I think that is ridiculous. I choose not to shop there anymore. Dr Tom

THE MOST RIDICULOUS, NON HELPFUL AND MANNERLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even if the product is damaged and needs to be returned or the order was placed 2 hours back and is still not even shipped they cant book a return or cancel the orders. Worst is the unending hold and how ridiculously rude the staff is! Makes KOHLS A BIG NO NO

Had my order cancelled twice. The second time was salt for the wound. I was expecting it to be delivered the day that I received an email that said it had been cancelled. This was almost a week after I ordered the item

I placed an online order to be picked up at the store.. I have picked up the item and yet my checking account has a pending hold for twice the amount of the order. When I called customer service, I was told it will "EVENTUALLY" drop off. In the mean time, my money is on hold. NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT A CUSTONER!!+

Seriously if I see one more kohls.com on YouTube I will actually throw up In the last year I have purchased at least five orders at Kohl's.Com. Upon receipt they were either too big too small or completely different than described basically they were sloppy ill-fitting and unprofessional

I ordered a crib from kohls.com and made it about halfway through assembly and realized the headboard piece was cracked in two places (photos attached). Here are the two options I was provided by customer service: 1. Return the crib to a Kohl's store. The closest one is an hour and a half away. I would have to borrow a pickup from someone, load up this heavy crib, travel an hour and a half one way with an infant on $5/gal gas, and then return it to a store that doesn't carry cribs so I would be left without a crib for my baby. 2. Pick up. I could disassemble what I've already spent several hours assembling and try to make it all fit back just perfectly in the box with 300 pieces of styrofoam and all of the other packing material and hardware. It will be picked up by a mystery carrier at a mystery time which I will find out when they call me randomly whenever they are in the area next. So, I'd better be ready to haul this giant crib out to the curb at the exact moment that happens. Again, no replacement and I'm left without a crib for my baby. Here's what Kohl's is NOT willing to do: 1. They're not willing to reach out to the manufacturer. They cannot do that because they cannot place outbound calls. Makes sense. I have never heard of a company that is unable to contact their supplier regarding quality issues or freight damage. The good news is, I can certainly reach out to the manufacturer myself which is great since I've already called Kohl's multiple times and spoken to multiple people and I have tons of time to make more calls and talk to more people who can't offer solutions. 2. They're not willing to reach out to the carrier to file a claim for the damage. Once again...unbelievable. I also must express my disappointment at the fact that the CS rep escalated this situation to her supervisor, Valerie, and Valerie was supposed to call me back and I never received a call from Valerie. I had to call back again just so I could go through the whole process again with a different supervisor with no good outcome. I will never be purchasing anything from Kohl's again. Ever.

Juno! Wash once and it is done. Their buyers need to be replaced. Also, If you order online hopefully you’ve order for something you have planned for weeks in the future. I rarely g t my items in less than 10 days. It takes so long that I forgot I purchased it.

Don't ever buy anything on line you will never get it. The US a delivery service LSO. You can contact them and the lie constantly about delivery. Kolhs has turned into a complete loser!!!!

No more drive up pick up. Instead some dumbbell cam up with this idea bot forgot the ATTENTION THIEVES sign. I won't be using this.

If I could have selected ZERO STARS I would have! They don't deserve one. I order 3 pairs of the same shoes for the men in my wedding party, and only received 2 of them. No big deal, but I called to have the missing pair sent to me and was told they no longer have the size I need. So I asked to speak with a supervisor to find a way to get me what I ordered, and was told they would call me in half and hour....I waiting a week and never heard back. At which point I called them back AGAIN. I was finally able to reach a supervisor. They told me they had the shoes I order available in a different size. So I asked them to go ahead and send me a size up from what I order. They then told me they couldn't do that unless I signed up for a kohl's credit card.....so they messed up my order. Couldn't replace my order and couldn't even send me a different size....now I have to take time out my busy schedule to go to a store to get a refund on the one they didn't send and return the others, because their customer service line could literally do NOTHING to help me resolve the issue they caused.....what the heck is a custom service line for if not to resolve issues like this....I will never be shopping at kohl's again, and I will not recommend them to anyone!

Kohl’s is the worst store in America ..nasty customer service in store and online ..predatory practices when it comes to fees they charge. I was charged a $40 late fee one month for a lte fee I didn’t have since my balance was zero and the following month they decided to make their late fee $95 more for the $40 fee..why would anyone pay that much for suck a cheap looking store and products? I won’t shop with them ever!

I visit the Morris plains store recently and tried to order a pair of mens adidas slides. It was an awful experience and no one but the store manager (Rose) was helpful or even willing to help. I tried many times to do it on my own at Kohls.com but there was an issue. Rose went above and beyond and stayed with us until it was resolved. You need more employees like her that truly want to help the customer!

customer service what the point of having it they all are idiots. for over two months and approximately 7 different calls trying to resolve the issue received absolutely no help wanted to talk to the credit manager promised he/she would call never received a e-mail or phone call. This is called customer service I think NOT

Terrible customer service, UPS delivered my package to CVS and they would not help me correct the situation. And they would not give me a refund because the package was at CVS.

After spending half a afternoon finding the right size shorts, shoes, slippers, & shirts then stand in line (I have painful sciatica) only because Kohl's mailed me a 30%coupon as encouragement to shop. The coupon I was told isn't for anything from a manufacturer. Got nothing 30% off. Yet some things were marked clearance. Made me wonder how clearance is controlled by the almighty manufacture coupon police. Or does Kohl's bait & switch. Please don't get me telling you about the work boots I wanted and watched at $80 for weeks then coming on the weekend all work boot's are 50% off, suddenly the price changed to $160 that weekend.

This store is incredibly ableist. No carts, crazy expensive kids clothes ($15 for a small short ON SALE and no branding on them to warrant a high cost). Then there are absolutely no plus sizes women work clothes. None. No seating inside the store other than the bathrooms. Fat and disabled are apparently lot welcome inside.
