Bought a product at Kohls.com because it was mentioned I would receive $30 in Kohl’s Cash.
However, I didn't see their e-mail and now it's "Expired". The expiration date is also VERY short, good luck with that.
Customer service say they cannot do anything to help. Suuuuure, it's not like if you had full access to my Kohl’s account and could add $30 in there.

“I recently placed an order through my Kohls App. I added a new card and a new shipping address, however, my order defaulted to the wrong address. My order was delivered to AZ instead of WI. When I tried to get help Kohls customer service was HORRIBLE! Both in the store and on the phone customer service was unacceptable. When I called the store for help the "customer service associate" had no idea how to help me. She gave me a number to call. That "customer service associate" was even worse! When I asked to speak to a supervisor I waited on hold for over an hour and no one ever answered the phone. I, too, work for a large corporation in customer service. I would be fired for this lack of response. In today's market Kohls better step up their service! Very disappointing experience!”

“They not only sent me the wrong boot slippers, but the slippers I received had the cardboard packaging, that slippers normally hang from, jammed inside of one of the slippers ! The slippers weren't attached to anything, both were loose inside the bag. AND, the cardboard thing they should have been hanging from was NOT representative of what brand they sent me. They are NOT isotoner slippers but the cardboard thing ID'd them as that. And there was weird, very small glitter on the slippers. “I buy a lot of things from online retailers and have never had a company make it so hard to resolve issues . I would give Kohl’s a 0 star review if I could . They sent me an email saying they are substituting my ordered item with another and I had 24 hours to cancel the order . However there was not any link or information on the email of how to do so .
Kohl’s site did not offer any better results other than an automated chat that was also totally useless. I will never buy from Kohl’s online again , no matter how good the deal is .

“Have received damage products. First time was a piece of clothing that looked like it had been worn and it wasn't even made right.
It was a reject. Customer service stinks. Packing sucks. I ordered candles and there were 5 of them in this huge box with hardly any bubble wrap. Box didn't even say fragile or handle with care. One of the candles were shattered into pieces and another was cracked down the side. These were to be Christmas gifts. Too late now. Then when I waited for 50 minutes to talk with someone, they screwed up my return. I'm done with this store.”

“I placed my order for Black Friday. On Black Friday at kohls is the only time you get 15 dollars kohl’s cash. I received someone else’s shipment. Called kohl’s to tell them was told I would have to wait 3 more days before my shipment would be considered lost. When I called back they could not replace my merchandise. So I was given a refund minus the kohl’s cash. So I am just out $30. If I buy the items again there not on sale and I only get 10 kohl’s cash. Bad service. Not Americans answering the phones.”
