“I have been waiting on a refund that was promised to me 8 phone calls again. Never does it come I am so sick of trying. I will never shop at that joke company again. Disgusted beyond”

“They will not ship your order out in any timely manner and instead start cancelling your items after your items were supposed to arrive and give you bull excuses. Don't order online if you want your whole order or any of your items anytime soon”

“Kohls credit card service is a joke , thus is the 3 time I spent an hour or more trying to correct something on the phone about a bill which my bank shows paid but kohls dose not. It's almost impossible to get someone from the USA to get on the phone and when I do they end up transferring me to China again and I'm disconnected time and time again. There customer service on the phone is terrible . I would never recommend there credit card for any Good Old American people. There poor phone service is not worth the discounts or kohls bucks”

“You slipped a slimy deceiving interest rate during the Pandemic and I wonder how many people are unaware of this? As I caught up, and then realized the one Credit Company I TRUSTED and Enjoyed having truly was the most dangerous. I didn't pay any attention to my Kohls because I trusted. I buy clothes for my family in August and maybe once in the late Summer. And for Christmas at times too. You guys PUT my credit up without my permission, then Charged me another 24.99% on top of your other interest rate of 21.99% Bringing your rate to over 45% and I thought someone stooled my card.. Calling it a Protected Interest????? Ohh you only charge interest on what you desire as protected?? Wow? I paid 82.00 to 77.00 a month to find up I increased my balance by $700.00 Again thought someone stooled my card. You had me for years- I mean YEARS and my Family-- I make my payments and come back again at the end of the Summer and max it out for my family without Thought. Kids got older we needed more like bras and stuff and an increase seemed logical. After the phone conversation to the very dull, uninterested gentleman, who had no interest in you or me. He did his job. I cancelled .. You Robbed me and my family. I really thought someone stooled my card. But- It was you. Yes you sent a NOtice.. Wow!! You feel good about that money you made? Well, You should of been in it for the LONG game, ,but you wanted FAST - Quick money- You got it.. Now- I am paying off my balance.. and I am done. That was SHADY-- Ohh they told me ONce I cancelled, I could never come back.. WOW .. Good. I can't believe the balanced increased as I paid.. I paid above my minimum payment... And it still raised.. Wow.. Never again. How are you getting away with this?”

“Worst delivery service ever! I bought a suit and it has not been delivered to the store. I cannot even track the delivery Last Christmas I also bought many gifts for my family and they took longer that they wer supposed to. I’m very desapointed.”

“Political “wokeness” When you remove MyPillow products just because corporate execs disagree with Mike Lindell politically or are afraid of the Left, you alienate MOST of your customers! This is a STUPID business practice! Just remember conservatives have money too and I choose to shop at stores who support ALL American’s.”

“I am canceling my account (opened Feb 2005) and will no longer shop at your store in response to your decision to take away Mike Lindell's right to free speech. You have chosen a path that takes you one step closer to taking away mine as well. I'm assuming your decision to destroy his life is based on the fact that you conducted your own investigation into the voter fraud allegations and not because you are just following the biased few who control the media. There are 74 million clear thinkers out here who don't follow the biased media and who insist on having an honest and detailed investigation. I'm sure that not all 74 million of us have accounts at Kohl's, but I did until now. You didn't do the math did you? People who don't agree with Mike may stop buying his products, while people who don't agree with you will stop buying every product you sell. I hope you lose a devastating amount of shoppers due to your attack on Mr. Lindell. A country without an honest election is a country without freedom. I will not let a company like yours take that away from me.”

“Horrible, Holiday Shipping! My order was placed on November 23, 2020 and 8 items were received in January and all were in stock items. I had to quickly replace gifts and on top of that your Corporate decided to play politics and dropped My Pillow. My family and friends are dropping Kohls!”

“Kohl's has cheap clothing.The people in the store are rude and inconsiderate. The "coupons" are a joke and what happens is that the price is raised, then a "discount" is supposedly given. It's a way to take advantage of the people who shop there who do not know they are being manipulated by "sales". If you increase the price, then put it on "sale" - it is not a sale. They are racist because they do not treat minorities right since they run the prices up and make them think they are on sale.”

“i placed multiple orders for Christmas with Kohl's for my Grandchildren's Christmas gifts to be sent out to them in various different states. Every single order that i placed was messed up. it has been an absolute Nightmare. some received completely wrong items other than what i had clearly ordered. while one of my little Grandson's never even received his Christmas present at All. i felt so heartbroken for him! they don't have much as it is in this life and i have a limited income and live with a disability. i do not have money to be throwing out the window. Then right after these orders had been placed with Kohl's i started having suspicious problem with my debit card. i was told by the very next well known store that i delt with that i really needed to contact my bank asap. i did and they told me to cut up that debit card asap and that they would immediately issue me a brand new one. i have since been trying to get refunded by kohl's for all mistakes they had originally made with my previous orders with them. They will Not give me my refunds back. i want my money back and i will NEVER deal with this store EVER again! No matter what i do with this "customer service" i get run arounds. i am told they will "call me back" and it NEVER happens! then if you try to call the Corporate office i cannot Ever seem to get a Human voice or they are not open! they have No right to just keep our money! i am offered "Kohl's Cash" back. I DO NOT WANT KOHL'S CASH! I WANT MY REFUND BACK PERIOD!”

“Update after Christmas said my order will be here today. I don't need it now! Said will credit my account $12 well from reviews I read this won't happen. My suggestion if you must shop with Kohls please place your Christmas orders now for Dec. 25 2021! You might then get them on time to give. This place is a joke!”

“will NEVER shop kolhs again. This was my first shopping experience with your company. I will stay with Belk! My order I was told is in Texas This is the 23rd. Of Dec. I ordered on Dec. 9th. The tracking is a joke! Are you too cheap to use FedEx? I will not get the Christmas presents before our dinner at 12;00 tomorrow. I should have read your reviews before ordering from you. It's clear you dump on your customers. I waited for 45 min. To speak to someone that knew nothing about my order! NEVER! Again! I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Then watch you loose customers. I'll see your name beside JC Penny. You will learn that you survive through customers the hard way. I will go on every site and tell my story. I will hurt your business. KARMA coming your way. Hold on! I have a big mouth with many friends that will ban together and spread the word. You have passed off the wrong person. By the way keep your stupid Kolh cash. I'm not about to buy anything else from you.”
