Made payment online and they did not receive. Checked with my bank and Kohls system had a problem receiving it. Once everything was checked out, Kohl charged me additional $25 for return check. I PAID ONLINE. I received confirmation from customer service rep. Get another phone call days later stating that my payment did not go through.....Once everything finally got corrected on there side, the $25 fee could not be removed. This is the only reason for the bad review. Their account department SUCKS. Only pay cash if you go to Kohls.

At around 12:45 pm I entered Kohl's in Forsyth, IL to shop for some things to put on hold for my mother to pick up, until my food at Panda was ready at 1:30 pm. A woman in casual clothes started to tail me from a distance. I just ignored her figuring it was my bookbag ON MY BACK. Many places tell u to leave bookbags with them. Kohl's does not.. The managers & security are always hiding behind clothes acting like they are working when they are really goofing off spying on people. That should be the job of those in charge of the cameras and not workers harassing customers. Then a older lady came out in a bright yellow vest and kept stalking me calling on her radio. She looked very disgruntled & angry. As a matter of fact the two managers I spoke, with Anne & Jill, both looked so hateful & bitter, I was in shock that managers would present themselves as anything other than respectful & helpful. One manager I talked to tried to be concerned but it seemed amusing to her instead of a problem. I will contact corporate tomorrow to find out what their security protocols are & who was directing this crazy assistant manager named Anne to follow me around the store in Forsyth, IL.

Please note this is for Kohl’s.com not an in store purchase. I placed an order at kohl’s.com and the wrong item was shipped. Then I called and they said the would reorder it and then 4 business days later notified me they were cancelling the order because it was out of stock!! When I called to check they cancelled the order without crediting the account. Seems more likely to me they didn’t want to honor the advertised sale amount. So kohl’s.com’s inability to send the right item will now cost me $50 more because it’s no longer on sale!! I typically don’t order from kohl’s.com now I know why. In-store so much better. If I have to order online it won’t be with kohl’s.com

If I could give zero stars, I would! Terrible customer service. Had queries about a cancelled order and was given zero assistance, except being treated like I was a fraud. Will NEVER try to purchase from this store again, and I will NEVER recommend them.

Their website "wallet" feature doesn't works. Out is difficult to navigate, and doesn't correctly show the Kohl's cash amount. Very frustrated over what shouldn't be hard. Kohl's sent me an email for 3 different amounts - none of which could be properly printed and utilized. The customer service telephone number is hidden and not easily found, not even when you look in the "contact us" area on the website. Used to be better and easier to use. Has become too difficult. Shop elsewhere.

I took my items to a cashier who asked if I wanted a Kohl’s credit card - I said, no thanks - she persisted and treated me as if I was stupid and didn’t understand how credit cards work - I put up my hand and said No, No, No and asked her to Stop - she meanwhile rung up my sale on the card I gave her while she continued to pressure me - then she advised me that I could payoff the Kohl’s card with a debit card and never pay interest - Really? Kohl’s thinks it’s appropriate for cashiers to offer financial advice to customers while they try to coerce them into getting their credit card - tomorrow I plan to return my purchase and then I will never enter Kohl’s again! When a customer says NO, Kohl’s should listen -

I had stuffed purchased on my account without my knowledge I called to see if the put that purchase on another account well they said something was returned yesterday lol one problem I haven’t been near a kohl’s in over 6 mos so I asked to speak to a supervisor so I’m closing this account the supervisor gets on and says need help you I okay well I say excuse me he hung up on me lol no wonder they are going bankrupt

Therefore, you assholes closed my account. Not as if I had a balance I wasnt paying. Was Kohls losing money because I dont use my card once a week? No worries, I'll shop elsewhere from now on. I had been shopping there but paying cash while I was paying off the funeral bills

I have been waiting on a refund that was promised to me 8 phone calls again. Never does it come I am so sick of trying. I will never shop at that joke company again. Disgusted beyond

They will not ship your order out in any timely manner and instead start cancelling your items after your items were supposed to arrive and give you bull excuses. Don't order online if you want your whole order or any of your items anytime soon

Kohls credit card service is a joke , thus is the 3 time I spent an hour or more trying to correct something on the phone about a bill which my bank shows paid but kohls dose not. It's almost impossible to get someone from the USA to get on the phone and when I do they end up transferring me to China again and I'm disconnected time and time again. There customer service on the phone is terrible . I would never recommend there credit card for any Good Old American people. There poor phone service is not worth the discounts or kohls bucks

You slipped a slimy deceiving interest rate during the Pandemic and I wonder how many people are unaware of this? As I caught up, and then realized the one Credit Company I TRUSTED and Enjoyed having truly was the most dangerous. I didn't pay any attention to my Kohls because I trusted. I buy clothes for my family in August and maybe once in the late Summer. And for Christmas at times too. You guys PUT my credit up without my permission, then Charged me another 24.99% on top of your other interest rate of 21.99% Bringing your rate to over 45% and I thought someone stooled my card.. Calling it a Protected Interest????? Ohh you only charge interest on what you desire as protected?? Wow? I paid 82.00 to 77.00 a month to find up I increased my balance by $700.00 Again thought someone stooled my card. You had me for years- I mean YEARS and my Family-- I make my payments and come back again at the end of the Summer and max it out for my family without Thought. Kids got older we needed more like bras and stuff and an increase seemed logical. After the phone conversation to the very dull, uninterested gentleman, who had no interest in you or me. He did his job. I cancelled .. You Robbed me and my family. I really thought someone stooled my card. But- It was you. Yes you sent a NOtice.. Wow!! You feel good about that money you made? Well, You should of been in it for the LONG game, ,but you wanted FAST - Quick money- You got it.. Now- I am paying off my balance.. and I am done. That was SHADY-- Ohh they told me ONce I cancelled, I could never come back.. WOW .. Good. I can't believe the balanced increased as I paid.. I paid above my minimum payment... And it still raised.. Wow.. Never again. How are you getting away with this?

Worst delivery service ever! I bought a suit and it has not been delivered to the store. I cannot even track the delivery Last Christmas I also bought many gifts for my family and they took longer that they wer supposed to. I’m very desapointed.

Political “wokeness” When you remove MyPillow products just because corporate execs disagree with Mike Lindell politically or are afraid of the Left, you alienate MOST of your customers! This is a STUPID business practice! Just remember conservatives have money too and I choose to shop at stores who support ALL American’s.

I am canceling my account (opened Feb 2005) and will no longer shop at your store in response to your decision to take away Mike Lindell's right to free speech. You have chosen a path that takes you one step closer to taking away mine as well. I'm assuming your decision to destroy his life is based on the fact that you conducted your own investigation into the voter fraud allegations and not because you are just following the biased few who control the media. There are 74 million clear thinkers out here who don't follow the biased media and who insist on having an honest and detailed investigation. I'm sure that not all 74 million of us have accounts at Kohl's, but I did until now. You didn't do the math did you? People who don't agree with Mike may stop buying his products, while people who don't agree with you will stop buying every product you sell. I hope you lose a devastating amount of shoppers due to your attack on Mr. Lindell. A country without an honest election is a country without freedom. I will not let a company like yours take that away from me.
