Kohl's sent me an email for 3 different amounts - none of which could be properly printed and utilized. The customer service telephone number is hidden and not easily found, not even when you look in the "contact us" area on the website. Used to be better and easier to use. Has become too difficult. Shop elsewhere.”

“Kohls credit card service is a joke , thus is the 3 time I spent an hour or more trying to correct something on the phone about a bill which my bank shows paid but kohls dose not. It's almost impossible to get someone from the USA to get on the phone and when I do they end up transferring me to China again and I'm disconnected time and time again. There customer service on the phone is terrible . I would never recommend there credit card for any Good Old American people. There poor phone service is not worth the discounts or kohls bucks”

I didn't pay any attention to my Kohls because I trusted. I buy clothes for my family in August and maybe once in the late Summer. And for Christmas at times too. You guys PUT my credit up without my permission, then Charged me another 24.99% on top of your other interest rate of 21.99%
